Ordered a teriyaki chicken that tasted like a soy sauce chicken. After only a few minutes my toasted sandwich was soggy and useless. Crew seemed to joke around more than work. Probably the reason behind the lack in food quality

I thought we were being nav'd to a Panera, but got directed to Penn Station instead. What a pleasure! Malik took our order with a smile, and the sub maker did a great job on our very tasty sandwiches! The bread was delicious, the ingredients were fresh and plentiful, and it was a more fun experience than the typical Panera! It was worth our small excursion off westbound I-70!
