Normally I LOVE pizza King but this past order they burned my breadsticks so badly I couldn't eat them and the previous order they burned my cheese pizza. This used to to be one of my favorite restaurants and I always get gift cards for birthdays and Christmas.....but now I'm reconsidering asking for them due to the past 2 months of burned food. Our order is always over $50, so to have burned food is so disappointing. We get takeout and live 20 minutes from the West Side Pizza King, so taking it back is not really an option......( I even checked the cheese pizza to make sure it was okay before leaving but never thought to check the breadsticks because they are always perfect. I guess now if I tried this place again I'm going to have to check everything before leaving the restaurant and taking it home. I don't think I should have to do that but I may have to to make sure my order is not burned.)

Ordered pizza and it was dry. There is no standard for how much sauce applied on making pizza, maybe a teaspoon if that. Buy a gallon of water before getting almost no sauce with your pizza. Absolutely gross.

We have grown up on thos pizza, even when I lived in dayton I'd pick a pizza up from the west side store half baked and fish baking it when I got home. We even put it up against dayton's well known pizza and everyone loved Pizza King. Tonight however, I was disappointed in what we had. I ordered a original sub, ex cheese and sauce and a12'' pepperoni pizza ex cheese and sauce. The sub is usually very messy & I know this and even have been asked when ordering the extra, did I know how messy this would be. Today it wasn't like that, it was dry so the $1.49 was a waste. The pizza was salty, it had the extra toppings on it so the $4.39 was worth it. For $30.66 which I gave the delivery person the change from $31.00 and a $5.00 tip I feel cheated. We thru it away...I could of chose a lot of places for what we spent so I think Domino's will be our choice for now on. Pizza king, you lost a great customer, a great family who spends a ton of money for pizza.....this was the last straw, the last time I wanted my hard earned money on you!

Have to get half my pizza with no onions because of an allergy in my house. Even had a long talk with a super sweet girl last time who said she added it to my order. Got my order tonight with onions all thru it, not a huge deal, just stopped eating and called the manager. Well he said that HE made the pizza and he knows it’s made correctly because he did it himself. Sir, I legit am looking at the things…..whatever you think u did, was just a facade….cause you’re delusional. Super rude and condescending. Tried to be nice at the end and offer to remake the pizza, like not now that you’ve been a jerk, I don’t wanna eat body fluids…..needless to say, won’t be eating here again. Sad day…….UPDATE scott from corporate called me and made everything better. For the most part. Still a crappy supper, but it’s nice to be called and validated in what you said when he had already verified through recorded lines that what i said was the truth. Thanks scott.

Ordered 3 pizzas and breadsticks gave the address 3 times took my order to the wrong place. I called and they said they would remake the order but that wasn’t the case they brought the order that they took to the other side of town. Also got a drink and it’s watered down from the ice melting.
Great staff always fast when ordering an the staff is respectful an quick to help when ordering when u have questions the restaurant is always clean

I am very disappointed in this location I placed my order by phone I was told it would be an hour I said ok never showed up so I called back 1 hour and 20 minutes later for them to tell me the ticket never got printed then after 35 more minutes it showed up and did not get my complete order but was charged for what I didn’t get . This is ridiculous!!!!!
