They should not be allowed to advertise on the highway! It’s way, way off the highway and takes forever to get to with 20 red street lights on the way! Makes NO bloody sense and is wasting people’s time!

The place was supposed to be open, but they kept it closed. We stayed outside trying to communicate, and they deliberately ignored us, pretending no one was outside.

I ordered and paid for 2 extra shots in my Frappuccino, she asked me to type in a tip for her and I obliged. However, the drink didn’t even seem to have the shots it is required to have, and definitely not the extra ones I paid for. The entire cup was filled with canned whipped topping instead. They were not busy either, just rude.

I asked for 2 extra shots of espresso. The cashier rang my order up as a double, and charged the extra $2.50 and asked for a tip. I obliged. However there were no extra shots, as I asked and was charged for. The drink is originally a double, I don’t believe they even put the original 2 shots into it. They put extra whipped topping instead, a lot. It wasn’t busy either. I was the only car in the drive through.

DO NOT go to this location, unless you want to be disappointed. They consistently mess up the drinks (have called corporate more than once, which I’ve NEVER had to do for any other business). Went through the drive thru to get just ONE drink and they stick out the little touchscreen asking for a tip (which you don’t deserve for talking and pressing a few buttons lol) and will move it so you accidentally press the $5 option instead of the no tip option (they’re right next to each other and of course the no tip button is a third the size of the $5 one). Overall, just pathetic. McDonald’s does better (which is truly shocking) and is more consistent while being half the price and the employees there don’t ask for a tip just for doing their job. The employees NEED to be retrained or terminated but seems like management won’t make any changes. Would give zero stars if Google let me.

I was there Friday morning, I had to go in to order because order ahead hasn't been available for a week now like why do they keep turning it off? . I stood at the register for 10 minutes before anyone came up to take my order, there were staff members standing around talking and laughing. at least three standing at the drive thru window talking, two at the espresso machine talking and a couple by the food warmer and some others just walking around. THEY ALL SAW ME STANDING THERE!! not one of them said hi or ill be with you shortly NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME until the line started to get longer.

Ordered through the app and when I get it back to the office, the cup was only 2/3 full. I understand there was some whip that probably melted but for $6 I’d like it to be 90% coffee.

This location has the worst access imaginable. It also has the worst coffee products. Always weak and poorly made, added to the extensive difficulty of access and wait time make this a location to avoid at all costs. Starbucks inside Kroger in Greenville Ohio is a much better location and value you get is more inline with the high price you pay for their products.

Saturday morning Oct 25 around 9:30am the gentlemen working the window gave my drink to the person in front of me at the drive through while I was waiting for my order the man in front of me come inside with the order he got at the window (the wrong order) that man working the window brought it back over across from the register dumped out the black coffee and continued to look at the other cup then brought it over to the register side and then proceeded to try to hand it to me. I told him I wasn’t accepting it because it was in someone else vehicle and that’s nasty. I don’t know if that person drunk it and is sick or whatever the case is. The man working the window then lied to me saying that wasn’t the drink it was this other drink... I can see everything…. I told him no I wasn’t accepting that. He offered to make a new one and took that same drink around the corner and dumped it into a clean cup and tried serving that me…That’s unacceptable..
