Ordered a dragon drink. It's looked off and tasted awful. Asked for a remake and it was the exact same. I've been getting this drink for 5 years and have had close to 1k. These 2 were some of the worst ones I've ever had

Put in a mobile order and had to wait 30 minutes after it was ready to go through the drive-through to pick it up. It was watered down and not very good

Drive thru took 45 minutes, cars are wrapped around the building. Went inside to use the bathrooms and they were clean but the hand driers didn't work. Updates: after all that one of our drinks was wrong, I ordered a venti iced mocha, no whip - got a white mocha. Wanted a boxed vanilla milk-they were out, so they made us one but they charged us $4.50 (a SMALL) plus $. 80 for the vanilla flavor. Over $5 for a cup of milk, yikes but it wasn't what the screen said when I confirmed everything at the speaker or I wouldn't have ordered it. I was so surprised I asked for a receipt.

ZEPRAT GERNODT (ZEPRATGERNODT)

This was my first time visiting this location, and even though I was not greeted by anyone, when walking in, or the zero acknowledgment when at the order end of the counter... a nice girl with red tinted ponytails took my order and did so with the level of service (real or fake) that made up for the immediate disappointment I experienced.

No big deal, I could tell be the demeanor of the employees that acknowledgment is a case by case judgemental decision. Some of you may know what I mean.

Anyways, the store was neat, clean, and a little tight on seating.

The volume of people that run through this Starbucks is amazing. I’ve lived in Richmond since this land was still trees and part of Hayes. Keep up the hard work!! I know people complain but they have likely never worked in the service industry.

I just wanted to take the time to say how amazing the store and employees are. They deal with a lot especially being so busy it seems many don’t understand. I come to this location very often when in the area for work, i came in today, they was very busy, i stood in line and watched the employee get yelled and cursed at over the wait being so long. the employee remained calm and understanding. the employee then waited on me and i felt so bad because the way he was talked to, he had a very nice welcoming smile and was very sweet. i didn’t catch his name, but he had hair pulled back, beard and mustache with glasses. whoever you are keep up the good work! and i applaud you for remaining calm and respectful even after the way you was talked to.
