Don't go thru the drive thru. The speaker is not worth dealing with. This has been an issue for at least 7 years. It's obvious they don't invest in the property. Sometimes I don't go here for this reason. Not always do I want to get out of the car..... Hence the reason for a drive thru. It's silly to send someone to a competitor over not getting a better speaker system. Restaurant ownership 101... Have working equipment to communicate with your customers.

i love their food! however, their customer service is absolutely terrible! every time i go there, it’s takes so long just to order but getting your food is even longer. i used to work in a restaurant and i understand they could be short staffed or other things may be going on.. but i dont think that’s an excuse for as often as ive gone and it still be very poor customer service.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins w nobody in front of us or behind us, and had to go inside to tell them to make my sandwich.
