Don't go thru the drive thru. The speaker is not worth dealing with. This has been an issue for at least 7 years. It's obvious they don't invest in the property. Sometimes I don't go here for this reason. Not always do I want to get out of the car..... Hence the reason for a drive thru. It's silly to send someone to a competitor over not getting a better speaker system.
Restaurant ownership 101... Have working equipment to communicate with your customers.

i love their food! however, their customer service is absolutely terrible! every time i go there, it’s takes so long just to order but getting your food is even longer. i used to work in a restaurant and i understand they could be short staffed or other things may be going on.. but i dont think that’s an excuse for as often as ive gone and it still be very poor customer service.

Every time we eat here, we get sick. We will not be returning. Everything else is fine, but I wonder if the food isn't being stored properly to cause this.

Can't go over here and get an order made right hardly ever. Absolutely ridiculous that these employees can't seem to make a sandwich right most of the time. Thats your whole job description or the main one you have anyways.
