I came into this subway to get lunch and lord and behold , they fixed the foot long sub just to my liking. The ingredients were fresh, and the employee was sort of off in his working skills, but I overlooked it because I figured he needed a job since he was going to college next door. So, yes, go get some food and enjoy

First time I have been to subway in years and it has improved greatly. The service, food and atmosphere was definitely better. I got the garlic cheese steak and it was so good. My husband got the garlic roast beef and I tried his and it was okay. It wasn't as good as mine. I recommend the garlic cheese steak. I also got a chipotle pizza roll, wasn't good at all. No meat at all hardly (I couldn't even taste it) just flatbread. I couldn't even see or taste the sauce. I don't recommend that. The 12 in chocolate chip cookie was good. All in all good place to eat.

The employees at Chester Bld,are rude do not need to be dealing with customers, we always have issues at this subway, no problems with any other subway. This issue needs to be resolved and done soon because I am sure that we are not the only people having this same problem. I will not going back to this subway and may give up going to any in the richmond indiana area.

I came here to eat after I found I couldn't eat at Wendy's. I loved my food. I had the Steak,Egg, Cheese Flatbread Sandwich and Orange Juice. I added bacon to the sandwich. I haven't been there for some time and found they remodeled and it was brightly decorated. UPDATE: July 29, 2024-I has been a couple of years since I last ate this location. I stopped here on my way to doing some shopping at Meijer. I ordered a 6 in Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Lay's Baked BBQ Chips, and a Diet Coke. It tasted great, absolutely delicious. I love the BBQ flavor, and it hit the spot. It is one I am willing to order again.

I have had a horrendous experiences from this Subway. When ordering on the app. They said they never received order. Order was placed at correct location. Woman I was speaking with continued to be rude and lacked professional. Female provided no guidance on how to resolve situation besides “I don’t know what to tell you.” This is the worst Subway I have ever ordered from. I will not continue to tell people about my horrible experience and that they’d have better luck elsewhere. I have contacted corporate about these issues.

Absolute horrendous customer service, employees were badmouthing us because THEY made our sandwiches completely wrong and had to remake them. Sandwiches were still wrong afterwards but the secondhand embarrassment I received from the encounter keeps me from returning. Kenya and the other rude girl need hairnets on their manly arms!
