If I could rate 0 I would. Employee's are rude, constantly mess up ur order and when you ask em to remake it they get more rude and snobby. There's definitely some health hazards back in that kitchen 🤢🤢 Never coming back. And I advise everyone to never come back either for y'all sake🙏🏻💯

i come in here every tuesday to get a country fried steak meal. every week it is made wrong. i asked for brown gravy and double mashed potatoes. i either get one mash and a slaw or 2 mash and white gravy. i’m very nice when i ask for it to be remade and the people working aren’t very polite.

I’m only giving this a 2 because the food is decent. When asked to ensure it was double mashed potatoes and brown gravy, employees still managed to mess up the order, and complain that I had wanted it remade with the right gravy that was asked for in the first place. SMH.

There customer service was very poor. My online order got canceled for some reason so when I went to get my good not knowing it was canceled because the charges did come off my credit card. They got really snotty and said I would have to call there 800 number instead of being polite about it they were very rude

I went to the location at 1428 W National Road on 03/24. I pulled up a little bit minutes before closing time, and I asked what we could get. I would have taken whatever, a taco, a burrito. I would have even given a tip. Instead, some young lady had a smart mouth, and said we could also just leave.

Yeah well, I can also report you for being absolutely rude and unprofessional. Girl, don't you ever speak to anyone that way.

Their getting a lot better from where they was never having food at the last hour so they would charge you short you and then tell you they didn't have it. They was nasty minded people with attitude. I see they have new employees and they are fantastic from what they was.

Taco Bell has just gone down the last few. Yes, and what sucks is watching employees wearing swet pants while working When I worked at Taco Bell, it was a shirt and slacks with slip resistant shoes. I see.
No hairness hair flying everywhere. Other than that the food has always been hit and miss now you're just paying more for the same Slob.

Quote possibly the worst Taco Bell food I’ve ever eaten. Hardly any thing in my burrito and the tortilla was dry and cracked. Skip this place.
