While I appreciate the food available in this area, a drive-thru employee consistently demonstrates rudeness. He exhibits a lack of interpersonal skills and consistently hastens customers through the ordering process. He does not wear a name tag, so the only way to describe him is as a Caucasian male. He is tall, with a large stature and a mustache. He works night shift hours.

Taco Bell count your days. $20 could have gotten you half the menu a few years ago but now it gets you a soggy “crunch” wrap supreme. I ordered it on the app as I was pulling in so you would expect it to be fresh-ish but even though it took 5 minutes and another employee to see me trying to get your attention you still turned your back talking. I get it, it’s Richmond so I shouldn’t have had any expectations but you guys are the poster children for how wrong Taco Bell is for raising their prices and having trash food.

I don’t normally post reviews but this Taco Bell should be ashamed to even be called a Taco Bell. I have never seen such terrible food. I got a chili cheese burrito which is now $3.29 and it was the size of a Mexi melt. I opened it before I left the parking lot so went in and complained. The manager (I think) said that was normal and it’s a small ladle of chili. I told her I have had them other places and they were double the size. She said she would remake it which she did and there was more chili but still small. I opened the Crunchwrap supreme and started laughing. It was so flat it looked like it had been run over. It was just two tortillas with a few tomatoes and sour cream. Maybe a table spoon of meat. It’s ridiculous how these places continue to rip people off by continuing to raise prices on stuff but serve a worse product. This Taco Bell should be charged with fraud for ripping off its customers. Good thing I was just driving through because I would refuse to ever go to that Taco Bell ever again. Feel sorry for the residents of Richmond.

(Chester Blvd store# 023186 at 10:48 p.m.) Food cold, no sauces, no Straw, all meat at one end of burrito and rice at the other end. Called and the lady that answered the phone just had excuses no solutions. Avoid the evening shift everyone! Quality control, temps, and hold times do not seem to apply to that shift.

Never going to back to that location or possibly Taco Bell at all (well except Eaton, Will is always on top of it there.)

The people were great. The food was awful. I would surmise that the I/O costs must be an issue due to the product that was served. The ground meat was definitely past its time. I didn't try anything else, two bites of my Loco Taco and I tossed my luxe box. I was traveling so just counted it a loss.

The late night crew was nasty I was the only one in line they rushed me to make my order they didn't get it right because I was still asking about the soft burrito that has potatoes in it they gave me the wrong double stack which was okay but I didn't ask for the bowl of potatoes they got mad when I asked to take it off the order. This is exactly why Richmond Indiana is no longer a community the customer service stinks being that Chick-fil-A was coming to town now I understand why they don't! Been to any Chick-fil-A you'll never get crappy people and carefree that what you spend hard money on any more now gotta get treated like crap by someone that's barely old enuff to drink lost in life and mad because I came to a business to buy as supposed to be able to enjoy the experience at least because the food sometimes isn't something to smile over.

More than once now I’ve had issues with this location getting my order incorrect, upon bringing home our dinner tonight my boyfriend and I realized our entire order was wrong give or take 1 or 2 items we were missing multiple items and had several that were made incorrectly, this location is simply a joke and needs to either train their employees better or figure out how to get orders correct.
