My husband went to get food , he asked for no lettuce, in my 3 tacos . Every taco had little pieces of lettuce in it , and I also to top it off found a hair in my taco! I totally lost my appetite! Will be going to the east side from now on!

This taco bell opens at 10:30. We went through the drive thru at 10:27. The lady on the speaker said , we open at 10:30. My friend said that's ok, we'll just wait the 3 minutes, we were only getting drinks. The lady, again, says, we open at 10:30 you'll have to pull into the parking area. We heard laughing in the background! We left and went to McDonald's. I will not go back to this taco bell!

Got to the drive up menu and the girl says we don't open for 3 more minutes, I said no problem I just wanted something to drink. Well you need to go sit in the parking lot. I'm the only one in the drive thru and no one else waiting. Okay I went down the street to McDonald's. I definitely will not return to this T Bell........

Everything was fantastic. My husband is kind of a picky eater and they nailed his order to a t, so to say. They are always nice and friendly. This is the only location we will go to

Extremely hot inside which I understand the AC could be down but it just made the wait that much worse.
I ordered at the self service device and waited for over 20 minutes while the food set on the Door Dash shelf behind the counter. No one called my name and when I finally asked about the order they grabbed it off the shelf and handed it to me.

I drove a car to go through the drive thu. 🙏. I ordered a box!😮‍💨😮‍💨 My food reminded me of a movie, this being the movie Diary of a Wimpy Kid rules, which is about a older brother who instills harsh rules on his younger brother, to desparic consequences. Parallels and contrasts: the taco bell corporation of course imposes rules onto its franchises, these not so much being rules and instead a default way of life, the ingredients and dishes must be made the way that the corporation intends. When i ate my burrito, burrito, i tasted a longing for something greater. Perhaps the construction of my burrito wanted to be somethjng different and new😖. But, sub or consciously, was rejected. Maybe a singular geain of salt was added to my burrito that made me feel this way. 😋. I loved my food...

I was there picking up a door dash the other night, there was a line in the drive through maybe 5 cars. I told them the name and waited like 20 minutes, whatever idc fast food gets busy and it’s hectic I get it. Well, a lady came in and used the kiosk with her son. Then another lady came and waited at the counter for about 5-10 minutes to be helped. The lady in the back asked her what she needed she replied that she was waiting for her order to be taken. The lady in the back had her repeat herself and then RUDELY told her to use the kiosk. As someone who has worked fast food that was so unprofessional. Not everyone wants to order through a screen. You are being paid to take peoples orders. It upset me a lot. Not everyone even knows how to work technology. Well, I called the store when I left and the manager had no clue what I was talking about. So, I’m guessing she was in the back sitting because I was in there for about 20-25 mins. Why aren’t you helping your employees if they are so slammed they can’t take an order? Do better Taco Bell.
