Extremely hot inside which I understand the AC could be down but it just made the wait that much worse.
I ordered at the self service device and waited for over 20 minutes while the food set on the Door Dash shelf behind the counter. No one called my name and when I finally asked about the order they grabbed it off the shelf and handed it to me.

I drove a car to go through the drive thu. 🙏. I ordered a box!😮💨😮💨 My food reminded me of a movie, this being the movie Diary of a Wimpy Kid rules, which is about a older brother who instills harsh rules on his younger brother, to desparic consequences. Parallels and contrasts: the taco bell corporation of course imposes rules onto its franchises, these not so much being rules and instead a default way of life, the ingredients and dishes must be made the way that the corporation intends. When i ate my burrito, burrito, i tasted a longing for something greater. Perhaps the construction of my burrito wanted to be somethjng different and new😖. But, sub or consciously, was rejected. Maybe a singular geain of salt was added to my burrito that made me feel this way. 😋. I loved my food...

I was there picking up a door dash the other night, there was a line in the drive through maybe 5 cars. I told them the name and waited like 20 minutes, whatever idc fast food gets busy and it’s hectic I get it. Well, a lady came in and used the kiosk with her son. Then another lady came and waited at the counter for about 5-10 minutes to be helped. The lady in the back asked her what she needed she replied that she was waiting for her order to be taken. The lady in the back had her repeat herself and then RUDELY told her to use the kiosk. As someone who has worked fast food that was so unprofessional. Not everyone wants to order through a screen. You are being paid to take peoples orders. It upset me a lot. Not everyone even knows how to work technology. Well, I called the store when I left and the manager had no clue what I was talking about. So, I’m guessing she was in the back sitting because I was in there for about 20-25 mins. Why aren’t you helping your employees if they are so slammed they can’t take an order? Do better Taco Bell.

A well run taco bell. The staff seems to care about their jobs. They kept the place clean. Service was fast.
I ordered at the counter and did not use the kiosk. There was a wait to use the kiosks.

Ordered from a delivery service only received part of my order. They gave me the option of getting refund from delivery service or come pick it up. Had I wanted to pick it up I would have to begun with. And why would I not want all of my order tonight.
Went to pick up the rest of my order and it was a bunch of teens and manager on duty stayed in office while the children on duty was playing around behide counter. Not pleased!!!

One lady behind the counter was so rude. She was yelling at other customers and other employees. The tables were almost all sticky too. Rude service and a disgusting environment.

While I appreciate the food available in this area, a drive-thru employee consistently demonstrates rudeness. He exhibits a lack of interpersonal skills and consistently hastens customers through the ordering process. He does not wear a name tag, so the only way to describe him is as a Caucasian male. He is tall, with a large stature and a mustache. He works night shift hours.
They never get my food right

Taco Bell count your days. $20 could have gotten you half the menu a few years ago but now it gets you a soggy “crunch” wrap supreme. I ordered it on the app as I was pulling in so you would expect it to be fresh-ish but even though it took 5 minutes and another employee to see me trying to get your attention you still turned your back talking. I get it, it’s Richmond so I shouldn’t have had any expectations but you guys are the poster children for how wrong Taco Bell is for raising their prices and having trash food.

I don’t normally post reviews but this Taco Bell should be ashamed to even be called a Taco Bell. I have never seen such terrible food. I got a chili cheese burrito which is now $3.29 and it was the size of a Mexi melt. I opened it before I left the parking lot so went in and complained. The manager (I think) said that was normal and it’s a small ladle of chili. I told her I have had them other places and they were double the size. She said she would remake it which she did and there was more chili but still small. I opened the Crunchwrap supreme and started laughing. It was so flat it looked like it had been run over. It was just two tortillas with a few tomatoes and sour cream. Maybe a table spoon of meat. It’s ridiculous how these places continue to rip people off by continuing to raise prices on stuff but serve a worse product. This Taco Bell should be charged with fraud for ripping off its customers. Good thing I was just driving through because I would refuse to ever go to that Taco Bell ever again. Feel sorry for the residents of Richmond.
