Great food and a great staff. Love going here when we can. Update: It's been awhile since we visited the Richmond Roadhouse and we wanted to try the Family Value Dinner to go. So we got the BBQ chicken one and it was great. No complaints. We also got a blooming onion fantastic. Being I know my son wouldn't eat the BBQ chicken I added a chicken tender kids meal for him. Now granted it was a Jr tender meal but they looked like nuggets and not tenders. He loves his tenders. He did say they tasted great but I felt he didn't get the meal that I paid extra for. And with that he got the Mac n cheese. He was disappointed with that as well. It had more Mac than cheese. It wasn't covered very well. Just because its a kids meal shouldn't mean they get shorted. And I wasn't happy about paying for an extra meal off the kids menu and not getting what we expected. We live 20 miles away. Not like I'm going to make another 40 miles round trip to take it back. So live and learn. But all in all is was good the staff is always kind and helpful and the food is generally great. We were happy besides the size of the tenders and the Mac n Cheese.

I ordered a burger and fries for pick up. I waited in my car 45 minutes. It is Saturday night and they were very busy so I give them that. The burger looked like a charcoal brick. The fries were soggy and cold. So im going back out to find an edible dinner elsewhere.

Never going to order online again it’s a waste of your money. They do not care about you. They do not put any time and effort or anything into your pick up order. It’s very sad and disgusting. My food was cold. They didn’t give me what I asked for. I found a hair in my food. The food is overcooked. The chili is half full. It’s disgusting. Let alone and they do not read any of your additional instructions. They do not give you any silverware that you’ve asked for waste of money.🤮

My wife and I have been disappointed with our meals the last three times we’ve dined at this restaurant. My wife typically orders the 6oz filet and I order the 8oz filet, both cooked medium to medium-rare. On each of those visits, our steaks have arrived overcooked and needed to be sent back. Tonight was no exception. My steak was again overcooked, so I informed the staff and requested a replacement. By the time the new steak arrived, our two-year-old daughter was ready to leave, so I placed it directly into a to-go box without inspecting it. Once we got home, I opened the container and immediately realized the replacement was not an 8oz filet, but a thin cut of sirloin. This only added to our frustration. Overall, we were very disappointed with both the food and the service during our visit tonight.

My wife and I come here a couple times a month and love the place. Food is great, beer is cold, and service is good. Shout out to Halea, top notch waitress who is always friendly and remembers all of our requests from the first visit. Keep her around for awhile lol.

I ordered a Dallas Filet cooked on medium. 1st one was well done. The 2nd one was a thick steak medium and rare in the middle, and the 3rd one was medium, and the middle was rare. They did take off my steak and apologized. In Richmond, IN.

My husband and I went because he had a gift card. We had sat up at the bar. The lady that brought us rolls was very friendly,but the bartender (older guy) seemed as though we were a burden. He wasn't very nice. I ordered rattle snake bites, and they were okay but not very spicy. The guy didn't really seem to care about what we wanted. The couple next to us, he was friendlier but still not like he wanted to be there. He did get nicer towards the end when we wanted to pay. We spent $52.00 on hardly anything. To get a couple of beers and appetizer and not so friendly service.

My mother had put a to go order in and went to pick it up and when she did , she put it in her car and stop at the store real quick and when she got back into her car, her car smelled liked marijuana . She called the restaurant and remade her food but acted as if they didn’t know how that happened.

Had an issue actually two issues one with billing and one with sauteed mushrooms manager came out and didn't offer anything she should have offered the billing issues some kind of 510 or something she just said it was a are sorry and walked away not very good guest service
