Overall, I like TRH a lot. Unfortunately, the last three times at this location, the food has been subpar. Dry ribs (I've had the ribs here before and they were juicy tender and falloffthebone delicious). Gristly 6oz filet this time. And another time a 6oz filet that was, I don't know, like a small three fingered hand shape, not generally round like a filet should be - and that one was tough to cut and tougher to chew. I have bought the pork chop dinner several times, and I have noticed that sometimes the pork chops are very thin, and other times, they are thick. I wish they would be more consistent in their portion sizes .
