My wife and I come here a couple times a month and love the place. Food is great, beer is cold, and service is good. Shout out to Halea, top notch waitress who is always friendly and remembers all of our requests from the first visit. Keep her around for awhile lol.
Overall, I like TRH a lot. Unfortunately, the last three times at this location, the food has been subpar. Dry ribs (I've had the ribs here before and they were juicy tender and falloffthebone delicious). Gristly 6oz filet this time. And another time a 6oz filet that was, I don't know, like a small three fingered hand shape, not generally round like a filet should be - and that one was tough to cut and tougher to chew. Update: It's been awhile since we visited the Richmond Roadhouse and we wanted to try the Family Value Dinner to go. So we got the BBQ chicken one and it was great. No complaints. We also got a blooming onion fantastic.
Being I know my son wouldn't eat the BBQ chicken I added a chicken tender kids meal for him. Now granted it was a Jr tender meal but they looked like nuggets and not tenders....
