Good God...your staff needs training on how to cook your fish sandwich. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I tried one 4 weeks ago...it was cold. I should've had them redo it, but i was in a hurry. Tonight, i get one from the drive thru. Eating my wallet would've been more pleasant. It was as tough as shoe leather. I actually thought you gave me a burger by mistake, it was so dark.
I WILL NOT be back to this location anytime soon.

The clean environment and friendly service saved this review. I was excited to try the fish sandwich after not having one for 10 or so years. Big let down. It was dry, lacked tartar sauce and overall flavor. Not sure if try that again. Luckily spicy chicken is always good.

Mixed feelings!! Burgers nuggets and fries were all cold.... The fries were tough ( because they were cold ).... The chili was good and hot...I could have complained about the cold food but didn't want to because the server was so nice and the food came out quickly. I do have to say one of the servers was smoking or camping in the rest room... It was clean but reaked of smoke. The restaurant itself was really clean. This restaurant has gradually gotten worse as we have been there a couple of times in the last month. They need to take lessons from the New Castle Wendy's.

Every single worker acts like they’re too busy to get anybody else’s order so you can’t stop there on a lunch break, they move slow. The burgers suck now, when it used to be my fav burgers. Sad.

It was terrible service wise, no spoons to eat frosty or chili, no ketchup packets or salt, there was a push ketchup despencer but no cups to put it in this is unacceptable. Very poor managment!! Will not be back!!! Got bags to take home. They thought you could eat chili with a fork, wasn't told there was no spoons!! We thought we would dine in LOL!!!
Placed a mobile order tonight. I arrived, checked in at the drive thru and was prompted to pull ahead to the window. I arrived at the window just to be told that my drink (Frosty Cold Brew) would not be made because they did not feel like making more coffee. I was uncharged on my drink by $2.30 which I was willing to pay. I asked for a refund, but was told no by the manager because I placed a mobile order. I went ahead and took my food, but had to throw it out. Burger was tough, fries were hard, and nuggets were cold. I will not be returning here. I will be calling corporate for a refund.

Despite being perfect at the counter and perfect in their cleanliness the food was cooked very poorly and my nuggets were almost inedible. My fries were cold and hard. Even the soda dispenser was out of most of my favorite beverages. If only the Wendy's with good cooks had the front of house staff this Wendy's does, I might actually return every week like I do with most good lunch spots.

My boyfriend ordered food off the app for when he got off work, we come through to get our food, and we pulled away to check the bag and eat before we hit the road home, I noticed that we were missing a large fry, so we went back through and apon arriving at the speaker to tell them what happened we heard the guy on headset sign like it was a big deal for us to come back through, so when we got up to get our fry everything was good, we pulled away to eat our food and I ate my fries first which were cold and soggy, so when I opened my sandwich which was a baconator, the meat looked like it had been sitting for hours, it dry and just looked disgusting, the cheese wasn’t even melted to the burger, which if it was fresh or had been in a warmer the cheese would’ve melted to the burger, there was no mayo or ketchup on my sandwich. The guy was very rude and snobby. Definitely won’t be back at the place…. Do better. Also I have worked at a fast food joint, it definitely shouldn’t be like this
