Worst place I've ever eaten at cold food and got the wrong order and they wouldn't give us the right order wow how do they stay in business.

We stopped by there on a Sunday afternoon 3.17.24 around 3pm. The store was a mess.. there wasn’t anyone in the lobby eating but the trash cans were over full with trash, there was left over trays of food on tables, food and crumbs all over the floor, we counted 5 big black ants crawling on the floors and 1 on a chair. The staff did not look like they knew what hygiene was. They were out of ranch dipping sauce. I felt so dirty sitting in the lobby with my food. Thank God for prayers, because my family for sure prayed over our food before we ate it. VERY DISAPPOINTING, and whoever runs this store should feel ashamed and embarrassed.

I don't know what has happened to this Wendy's in the last 6 months, but it is absolutely terrible! We stopped there Saturday night between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Ordered a combo meal and a $5 biggie bag, small chili and a small frosty. The only thing that was edible was the Frosty. The coke didn't even taste right. The sandwiches tasted like they had been sitting there for 3 or 4 hours and was hard as bricks. The fries tasted like they redipped them in the oil just to heat them up. They were so greasy and salty that we couldn't even eat them. The junior bacon cheeseburger was horrible. It did not even look like hamburger on the bun. The bacon was so that it was like cardboard or leather. My fiance opened up her small chili and it was only halfway full! 95% juice. Maybe about 5 or 6 beans and three or four little nuggets of meat. No wonder the girl tried to rush me out of there and handed me all three bags at the drive-thru at once almost dropping them on the ground. I usually don't give bad reviews, but Wendy's definitely needs improvement. This used to be our go to spot. We would stop there two or three times a week. In the last couple months, we have went there about once every 2 to 3 weeks just to gamble and hope we get good food. So far it has been a bust. And please, please make sure your employees look clean and presentable. The two people that waited on us Saturday night looks like they hadn't even brushed their hair in three or four days. They just look dirty.

$10 for a burnt fish sandwich that was as thick as the wrapper? I recommend staying clear of this establishment throughout the rest of Lent. I could only stomach the two bites.

My husband and I were traveling through to Ohio and decided to stop to get a bite to eat and sit down instead of eating in the vehicle. They were not busy, but with that many teenagers working it was a little loud. I learned that one of the girls were on her period. Another girl is on birth control. They were talking very loudly. It just ruined what we thought would be a moment of peace away from driving. On top of that, the fries were cold. The chilli was lukewarm at best and had huge chunks of leftover hamburger patties in it.

Today was the 3rd time I stopped this place when I'm on a business trip. Food was just ok today, but they gave me a cold coffee with excessive cream. The lady that served us wasn't friendly at all and when I came back to return the coffee she gave me a bunch of excuses. I ended up asking for a lemonade to keep moving as I couldn't wait and didn't want to argue with the lady. Management really needs to find a way to hire more people or to fire the ones they have and hire someone that really wants to work. They need to be trained on customer service and people skills. Not coming back to this place, enough is enough!

Absolutely horrible! Rude and food is nasty and cold. I waited 25 mins to order and they decided to do a mobile order before taking my order after standing there for 25 mins!! I do not recommend at all. I will not go back. DO

Driving cross-country we spent 4.5 hrs at a repair shop so rather than a sit-down meal at 8 pm with over 4 hours to go we opted for the usually reliable Wendy's. A few cars in the drive thru and zero people inside. We ordered 2 meals to go. Fries were COLD. Chicken nuggets were COLD. The bun on my double-stack wad COLD. Cheese was not even close to being melted. So much for something warm in our tummies for the drive. I guess they figure if you are getting it to go you won't turn the car (or on our case van pulling a trailer) around to complain. They were right about that part but I still can make the problem known with this review. Now I see why they had such a low rating. If you are on I-70 take a few more minutes and drive to the next one, not the one at exit 151.
