I got the roast beef Manhattan special. Both the mashed potatoes and the roast beef were cold in the middle. The chili was okay but not my favorite flavor. Everything seemed to take longer than it should have.

If your from Rising Sun Indiana, odds are that you have been eating at Jack's since birth. I've been eating there for over 50 years, yes, it has changed hands several times but there's one constant and that's the food.
