Snappys is always fresh and hot and the delivery people are always so friendly and great! We had a big party yesterday and called ahead of time, the day before the party, and they fulfilled our big order exactly on the time we requested. Love our local Rising Sun Snappy’s!
I ordered a ranch pizza the smart mouth that made the order didn't make it correct. I called back to see if they would fix it he refused said he was the GM. refused to give me corporate number. I most definitely will not go back to this place.

I don't normally do reviews but the food was undercooked and so called manager should never have a job in customer service AT ALL. If I could rate the place in the negative numbers I would. the manager cussed me and said derogatory things to me because I called and told him the food was undercooked and that honestly it should have been really fresh since it was supposed to be ready in 20.mins but took all of 50 mins. once he hangs up on me as he's cussing me I call back to let...read full review
