Snappys is always fresh and hot and the delivery people are always so friendly and great! We had a big party yesterday and called ahead of time, the day before the party, and they fulfilled our big order exactly on the time we requested. Love our local Rising Sun Snappy’s!

We absolutely love this location they are awesome! We camp at Beyonder just down the street from them and they deliver to us right to our camp spot! Great crew every single delivery person has been awesome they've even delivered to us when we told them we were at the pool would recommend to anyone Vernon came tonight and I was not even at my camper and he called me would give them 10 Stars if I could

If I could give zero stars I would.Placed online order & had a delivery time of 40 mins.. 2 hours later I drove to the store myself & the food I ordered was just sitting out not boxed up & the wings I ordered were cold after the cook touched them with his bare hands to tell me they weren’t cold. No sauce on them as well.No refund, terrible attitude, bad mouthing other customers.Won’t be back, promise.

I ordered a ranch pizza the smart mouth that made the order didn't make it correct. I called back to see if they would fix it he refused said he was the GM. refused to give me corporate number. I most definitely will not go back to this place.

This place could use better employees or a raise so the ones they do have will like their job alot more last time I called in a order the employee that took my order was very unprofessional I asked if there was any deals or coupons and he acted upset I asked than I asked a few other questions and he seriously said whatever I don't really care come to find out he wasn't feeling well but that wasn't my fault .....I know the second u get use to an employee they leave and have to start all over again and a few times were order wings they messed our order up and gave us boneless wings and u call to say hey this happened and they acted like I was lying about it as much as I wish I was cause we live 30 mins away and that's a heck of a ride to come all the way back just to get what u were suppose to get the 1st time which we didn't do. On the pizza side they always put way to much pizza sauce on it and there sauce ain't the greatest as is but we asked for them to lightly apply and we end up with none not sure if it was as a joke or what but we try to not order there much last resort thing.
