Wellington's Steakhouse

We stayed at the hotel and went to dinner for my wife's birthday the food was delicious and the service was excellent

The food was delicious and our waitress was very pleasant. The wait, once we were seated, was a little bit long.

The crab cakes were excellent as was the the spinach salad. The ribeye was cooked properly but was not warm when it got to the table. We also were missing a roll and were told there were some being made. They did not come and we were told they had all been given out. We did get rolls after our meal was over. I had asked for a drink refill but it never came. Finally, we asked for the Graeters ice cream that was on the menu. We were told they no longer carried that dessert. We got the chocolate cake instead. On the menu it was listed as a 5 layer cake but it was not and it was quite small. Years ago this was one of my favorite steakhouses. The rolls, drink and food temp came be fixed. (Server) They need to get Graeters back and get real cakes again and this could be one of my favorites again.

Food was pretty good. They were out of the menu item I wanted to order. Decor is old dated and plain. Don't dress up - most were in sweats and we looked way over dressed in jeans and sweaters.

The steak was good and well prepared. The veggies were too salty. We had great service, but the drinks we ordered from the bar were the worst. We should have sent both back to be remade, instead of one. How can you screw up an old fashion by putting soda water in it.

Had the 14oz new york steak. It was was excellent. Prepared just as I had requested. The fench o ion soup was very good. Service was great. Highly recommend 👌

We were sat and waited 20 minutes before our server even greeted us!!! She took our order and from the time we sat till the food was placed on the table it was 1 hour. The food was ok but not hot barely warm. We could have sent it back but we was so hungry!!! We went a few times with empty glasses while watching our server standing and talking at other tables. We was soooo disappointed!!! We have ate here other times and it was good. I had comps one for 150 and one for 110. She applied both comps and I ended up losing 30.00 in comps. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN OUR VISIT!!!

We waited for over 30 mins for our hostess to come to us to take the order. No alcohol menu given. It was bread and water for the first 30mins. There was a big party at the table for about 16 guests so we felt pretty ignored.

Staff was understaffed. They were unable to keep up with a half filled restaurant. Also, our personal server was more interested in serving regulars than us. It took ten to fifteen minutes to even get drink service and another 15 to get the drinks themselves. We will not be back.

This is a great place. I know it is a river boat in the middle of nowhere but it has fair prices and it's very quiet . Most people are dressed casual.  I gamble at the casino and get my meal comped but it is well worth the trip .

Great high end dining in Winnipeg. You won't be disappointed with the service or the food.

Very sad....we drove 45 minutes through the storm on Sunday night, got there at 9pm which they close at 10 just to be told that they have stopped seating!!! They only had 3 tables in the whole place eating!! I really wish that would be somewhere on the website to make people aware!!! Needless to say in got no King Crab legs and was so upset I didn't even stay to gamble!!! Very disappointed!!!

Food is good, service is not. It took over 45 minutes for our food, never got our drinks and the server was not attentive to any of her tables.

None of our steaks were cooked right went sent back still came back wrong. They were also very tough. Very disappointed. Waitresses are very nice but food was awful

Excellent, top notch service. Food was great! It's a little over salted for my taste, so if you don't like a ton of salt, ask for light salt. Other than that, steaks are delicious and cooked perfect, and seafood is fresh and delicious!
