Really great food! I have some picky people in my family and everyone loves this place. They are never skimpy on the servings unlike many places around. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the Podium!

Went to the fair yesterday and we got the spicy jalapeño cheddar curds and they were AMAZING, Buttttttt the star was the BRISKET sandwich! They piled a lot of meat, perfect smoke and sooooo tender!!! Don’t sleep on this!!! Yummy!!! 😋

I just had, probably the most amazing pulled pork concoction, I’ve ever had!! I wanted the Podium Nachos, it was towards the end of the day at the 4-H fair and they ran out of Mac and cheese, so.. I asked them if they would put the cheese curds in instead, and they did, they suggested the spicy curds, I accepted, then when they put the barbecue sauce on, they added a little spice to it, then said I bet that would be good with ranch dressing, again I accepted.. best nachos, best pulled pork, service was awesome!! 100% check these guys out!!! Amazing!!!

Amazing!!! We were playing a baseball tournament in Roachdale (we were from out of town) and had a few hours between games. Googled places to eat near us, and The Podium Grill showed up. Best little surprise we could have found!!! The food, the service and the atmosphere were all GREAT! We even came in close to closing (not realizing) and we were not rushed and even told to take our time. We will definitely be back next time in Roachdale, and tell our friends who travel for sports too. Thanks for the hospitality and great food!

When a veteran was tragically killed by a hit and run driver the owner made the assumption that the driver was here illegally just because he was hispanic. when called out on his racist profiling he just continues to double down. Please consider any of the other fine Food trucks before letting these guys set up at your event.

Great pulled pork sandwich, and the brisket in the tacos was excellent. Service didn't bring us a water refill, or a fork, and no extra bbcue sauce in sight. Improve on that, and add some background music for atmosphere, great dining spot.
