The day shift workers are our favorite! They always cook the food just the way we like it! The food isn't "bad" in the evening time, it all just depends on who is working honestly. The younger ones don't seem to care much, where as the older employees make sure everything is just right!! It's always clean and food is ready in a timely manner. The only thing we wish was different is the fact that you can't order online unless you pay with a card. We don't always have money on a card, so it would be nice if we could order online then pay when we picked up??♀️

I am happy to say that Elmo's has gone back to the higher quality beef they were originally using. At one point they had switched to a lowered quality steak for their sandwiches and burritos, but now it is much better! Good job guys!I had a steak burrito the last time I went, and it was tasty! Service was good too.

Twice in last 30 days I bought a sub and the lettuce and tomatoes taste like old food , like a garbage taste.This tells me Elmo’s needs fresh food for subs not old decaying lettuce and tomatoes
First negative review of my life. 2/25/23. We ordered 3 things 2 of which were wrong, when brought up the young man with red hair said we could wait or leave as he threw a pan across the sandwich making area. Whoever is managing this place should watch/listen what happened next as I do not want this to be disparaging to all who work there, but needs to be addressed. 2/25/23 230pm.

Horrible service have done online orders atleast a half hour a head Of time several times now and when i get there it hasnt even been started not covenient at all
