Game On Virtual Sports Lounge

This place was incredibly disappointing. It’s new, clean and the decor is fantastic. However our games were not working. We tried multiple games/sports. We asked to switch to a different bay to see if that one was working better. It was not. It felt like a total waste of money. The person helping us was very young and when we complained he wasn’t much help. He said sometimes it doesn’t work. He did a little troubleshooting but gave up easily. We had a party of 6 and none of us were able to play any of the games successfully even after trying two different bays. They admitted that the guns never worked right for the shooting games. The woman working the bar and waiting tables was in a bad mood and had poor customer service. She never smiled and acted irritated any time we asked for something. I understand people have a bad day but it definitely contributed to our bad experience. I had to go to her twice to ask for things that she should have provided. We won’t be back and we will be telling people to go somewhere else for this type of entertainment.

We had our company Christmas party at Game On. I highly recommend this place for any type of company social event. Tosha was great to work with covering all the details from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and made our party fun for the entire staff.

We had our office work Christmas party here a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING! The food, atmosphere, and entertainment was great. If you are looking for a place to have a get together or party this is your place. The catering was super easy and you get to pick from multiple restaurants for your options. Everything was ready on time and all team members were great!!! Get your GAME ON in Roanoke!

The Games were not calibrated, the guns for the shooting games wouldn’t work, we took the kids to have fun and it was a terrible experience

What is this place? None of the games worked. Ordered food and it came 55 minutes later in a to go box from the restaurant next door. I just don’t understand.

For our family Christmas present we take our family somewhere to spend time, have fun, and eat. We have ages from 60 to 2.
This year we chose Game On an it was great. We reserved the place for 3 hours as a private party. We had food and drink scheduled, an open bar and games, games, games.
The service was awesome. Tasha and Nick were our hosts and assisted all as needed. (They became part of the family) The food was delivered hot and on time. The food was from the Pizza patio.
Everyone played games for all 3 hours.
The place is clean and well maintained. It has an outdoor patio, plenty of seating and 5 game bays.
The entire family loved it!

If you're here for competitive games, don't bother! The sensors obviously haven't been calibrated and are ridiculously out of skew! My bother was literally hitting perfect bullseyes for archery and it kept calling him out of bounds. The golf and bowling wasn't much better. The shooting games were unplayable because the guns were all broken. But it is clean, the bar and food was good, and we still managed to have a good time.

Place is a absolute joke. Can't even take your kids there after 8pm. The website doesn't even specify this. We drove all the way there from ft Wayne to be turned away at 7:22 pm because kids can't be there after 8 pm. Won't be back.

Service was friendly but did not check on us often. The timer is set as soon as we got there and it took us 5 or 10 minutes to get started which may not make a big difference but it is $50 a hour which already seems steep to me for the Quality of equipment. I would give it another shot I had fun but I feel there is lots of room for improvement.

We had our Barista Christmas Party here, and it was so much fun! Tasha made it completely stress free for me, which was appreciated more than she knows! Our group of 13 girls had a blast playing virtual games for 2 hours and then got to eat delicious pizza from the Patio, plus appetizers! And wonderful cupcakes from Moose and Mollies! WOW!! Would definitely recommend!

Game On hosted our company Christmas party and it could not have been a better experience. Planning took one phone call and Tosha was amazingly helpful and had great suggestions and hit all the details. The food was on time, hot, and incredible. The games were a hit with all ages, and we had a lot of fun picking songs on their new jukebox. Bartenders were amazing and helpful with anything I needed. 10/10 recommend and we’ll be having our Christmas parties there from now on!

We went in with our 4 and 9 year old after dinner. It was a good time. We struggled at first to find games for our 4 year old but then we found the arcade and spin off games that were for the kids. Great atmosphere
