I can't say enough good things about Highway Blends. Amber is very personable and friendly. Every protein shake I've had there I have loved. I also love that you can order protein balls each week, they are delicious and a great thing to snack on. Highly recommend!

This is my first time coming to Healthy Blends, for the simple fact I live in New Haven and don't come this way much, but since I have time I'd try it and it's SO good. Nice (to me) rustic feel to it. So many options to choose from... I'll be back in the future!!!!

Tasty meal replacement shakes, teas and other health and vitamin additives. Just opened 7/6/2022. They have different combinations you can order (i.e. a tea, a shake and Aloe shot for $9). Definitely worth a try. Shakes apparently are under 20 carbs each and are packed with vitamins, protein and fiber. I got the "take 5" shake which was actually quite similar in flavor to its namesake.
