Terrible customer service. My son was looking forward to stopping in for ice cream for his school. He told the employee he wanted two different flavor scoops and they mistakenly gave him two scoops of the same flavor. We got to the car and he was upset and told me what happened. I encouraged him to go back in to tell them about the mistake so it could be corrected. The employees told a 9 year old that he would have to pay again to fix their mistake. Very disappointed in customer service and values of this place. We will not be stopping here again and will return to Moose and Mollies anytime we feel like stopping for ice cream.

Jebi’s ice cream is a cute ice cream store in Roanoke run by a teacher and a CPA as their side gig. They run the store themselves splitting their time and I’m all for it!
We tried the Malt Amore and the Butter Pecan and the junior sizes just hit the spot.
Unfortunately forgot to take pictures of the ice cream but if we drive through Roanoke again will be sure to stop by and grab another ice cream.

AMAZING ice cream! I have loved every flavor I've tried. You can sample as many flavors as you need to figure out what you want. It's a cute, small-town ice cream shop. It even has some 'bar-style- seating by the window.Highly reccommend!!!
This was our first visit, and we loved it! There were SO many different flavors to choose from, it was virtually impossible to make a choice! The gals behind the counter were laughing with us and were super friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back soon!

Love Jebis, it's our go to for ice cream! Honestly I think we only went to another ice cream spot once last year. Great options and great flavor. Staff is always friendly to our us and our children. We carry a couple pints at home for when it's closed during the winter!
