From what the place was when we started going to the changes it’s gone through to where they are has been an interesting adventure for sure. I’m a regular eat there weekly and visit multiple times most weeks. I’m bout as regular as they have also honest. Have they gone through growing pains and have they learned a lot, absolutely. And they have over came every obstacle they have encounter and are better for it. You’ll find no better atmosphere or people. The food continues to improve in quality and offerings, and when allowed the drink selection it’s on point. They regularly have things going on from live entertainment to a weekly farmers market. And if you do have a problem with anything let the owner know, she will make things right, adapt and learn from it as she always has. Once again a great place in the middle of a great town.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian dishes, I do get one however I add eggs, bacon and chicken. The base meal is though. And it’s delicious.Dietary restrictions: They will adapt to anything you may need, very fluid and will to work with you.

My friends and I had a great time at the Monte Cristo Cafe. The food and service were great; I ordered the Apple, Ham, & Swiss Panini which was so good! While we sat and waited for our food to be delivered we listened to a guitarist and enjoyed the lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be regulars at the cafe and bring more friends next time.

First want to say I have worked in restaurants many times in young adult life. I am extremely gracious when there are problems and have never left a negative review before. This place has a great atmosphere and could be great if they step up their effort a lot.Wanted wine or beer—- only special events, disappointing that was not advertised when we researched the restaurant. Ordered flight of coffees to try. Was never offered any refills on waters or refills on coffees until we requested a to go coffee as leaving. Water glass sat dry for twenty minutes. We were the only customers.Ordered menu banana oat pancakes described on menu with sliced bananas and peanut butter ——served with no bananas and no peanut butter. No mention of it. Syrup or honey was offered ten minutes after serving—but honey was too low to serve and nearly empty syrup was delivered. This was first time we were checked on after food delivered by kitchen staff. After we asked about bananas and peanut butter, were told they were out of peanut butter and other ingredients and if we wanted someone would bring sliced banana soon —-when we were nearly finished. No offer of discount, apology, credit etc. just a “oh well that’s the way it goes today.”The Monte Cristo sandwich was good, not remarkable, but good.Only ordered the pancakes and the sandwich off menu. From time we ordered to first delivery of food it was nearly 30+ minutes. We were only customers and wait staff was on phone at bar ten feet from us , and also cleaning, but didn’t very little attention to us.Also, so salt, pepper, ketchup for fries etc offered

I stopped in this cute cafe around 9am and ordered a American Caramel Macchiato, it was to go and I didn't leave myself time for breakfast (they had a great looking menu).I told the barista that I like my coffee a little on the sweeter side- less than 5 minutes later I received the best cup of coffee. Perfect balance of cream, sweetness, and espresso. Will definitely be back!

The first thing that caught my eye was the espresso machine. I was an aspiring barista and the ambiance looked like a cool cafe to be working. I’ve often had meetings there, enjoyed lattes, beignets and other food items. The events that sometimes include wine and beer are very lively! Even the events without alcohol are cool because you see a lot of people mingle for the first making connections.Vegetarian options: Veggie skillet is very hartyKid-friendliness: There was a petting zoo and snow cones during an indoor market

We were they only customers in the cafe. I had Be Our Guests certificates to redeem. My certificates stated it was called Monte Cristo Wine Bar. To our surprise no wine because no liquor license. Food was good. Really disappointed that they didn't serve wine.

Enjoy yummy food, and craft beers /wine within a beautiful setting with paintings, stone floor (reminds me of a castle!), and at times live music. The all-in-one bartender / server / chef was quite attentive. Went for drinks last night and breakfast this morning. Limited hours but they will be expanding them soon I hear.4.6/5

Monte Cristo Wine Bar is awesome. The staff is super friendly, they have a great wine and beer selection, and the food is delicious. It's got atmosphere for days and they have live music/special events going on all the time. This is a great place for a date or just a night out. If I could give it 6 stars I would. HIGHLY recommend it and I've been there like 10 times, so this is based off of more than just one experience.

we came on what they said was their busiest night ever to listen to Hubie Ashcraft. From the moment we got there we were greeted and attended to. As the night got busier our waitress was amazing. she was always there when we needed her and we enjoyed good food, great wine, and terrific music. definitely will come back!
