Simply outstanding ice cream and gelato. Always enjoyable. Service is always been good also. I haven’t tried the food but I’ve been told it’s very good. This is definitely a small town

First time here and won't be the last. I had a gelato (chocolate with peanut butter cookie dough) and it was wonderful. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Very cozy and fun!

Waited forever to get food, our order got lost. When we did get it, it was just okay. Thought about ordering but then witnessed a worker sneeze and go right on touching water glasses and food without washing. Gross no sense of cleanliness at all.

It's a nice, small town café with both indoor and outdoor (covered) seating. The service was great and very friendly. The sandwiches are fine but only average/3 star, but I really liked their quiche. They also did a good job on my latte, enough so that my wife asked for one also. My son loves their Gelato.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for wheelchairs.

Coffee caramel ice cream…Best ice cream ever!!! We always come back… this afternoon we had bad service. A young lady was busy doing a coffee. Then a guy off to the side walks over and ask if we needed anything. Mind you we had been waiting for a while. He was on the clock!This young man is letting the owners down

I have come to this place multiple times, however today was a total disregard for customer service. I walked in saw a young lady working and another kid off to the side talking. After 3-4 minutes the kid with the punk hair, and glasses, walks up to the counter and says can I help you. This kid needs to be told that customer service is key. I asked if he was on the clock and he said yeah. Rude!
My wife went in to get two dishes of Gelato. Smh X2The serving size was about a tablespoon. We wanted 2 scoops per dish. No kidding! We got 2 tablespoons in each dish for way too much money!I use to deliver this product from the manufacturer in Fennville, MI.We'll never go back.The teenage girl who was serving was rude to my wife.Customer service is key!
