Honestly they are just super slow, physically but potentially mentally as well. Ordered online to avoid a line, but when i get there theres a huge line. I dont get in line, i stand up by the cash register to just get my sandwich and go.i was supposed to be there for pick up at 12:45. I arrive at 12:55 and have to wait in line until 1:09. Not only does the man working the register not acknowledge me ever, he proceeds to keep ringing out customer after customer with out even asking why im hovering there. So i wait 10 more minutes in line and finally once its my turn i tell her iv been waiting to pick up my online order. Not a “sorry about the wait, have a good day”. Nothing

This has to be by far the worst Subway in Indiana, PERIOD!!! For some reason I keep giving this place chance after chance and each time it gets worse! The service is slow, the veggies are terrible, and the sandwich makers are horrible!!! I have yet to have a DECENT sub from this place! I work up the street at General Motors so I will go there for lunch, but never again! This place needs to be shutdown for good, and those sub makers should never work for subway ever again. I am not a picky person or difficult one for that matter and I have never left a google review for anything in my life but after today I was compelled to. So if you enjoy subway please avoid this place at all costs!!!!

This place is very poorly managed. The staff is rube. They make phone in orders before they make they will take the order of someone standing in the store. 4 people in line they never said one word to us 2 left. I hope those call in orders are worth the lost business.

The young man Aiden was working by himself. He was clearly very busy and still took his time with every customer, he made everyone feel like they are welcome. I would eat Subway more if I had this type of service every time.
