So this was my first time visiting the Copper Still, I have to be honest, I was expecting an old building with different bourbons and bar food. Oh my was I wrong, the place was very nice, the service was great, but the food was out of control good! My complements to the chef, bartender, waitress, and owner. This was a wonderful experience and I cannot get over the food, I had the pork shank, which is hard to find and it was incredible!!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

The full staff and Brad in particular were great to work with. We used the Copper Still to host a wedding rehearsal dinner and the food, atmosphere and servers were wonderful. Many of the guests were impressed by and appreciated the warm genial time together! Good night - the Pork Shank was awesome!!! Thanks Brad and The Copper Still!

Horrible experience for lunch. Went with my besties. Started with wine. We each ordered an appetizer. Just one of them was brought out. A half hour goes by still nothing. Three people that came after us got their food. The pita bread was hard as a rock. Told the owner, no response. Finally after 45 minutes the other two app. came out. He ignored all of our comments. About the timely matter of food. And how hard the pita bread was. He was working the place by himself. He needed a nice and friendly waitress to help him because he sucked. None of us will never go back. Horrible Service!!

Had dinner with my coworkers here after work, it was great! One of us had to keep working so she was on her laptop while we all ate amazing food. We split 3 starters and it was perfectly portioned and the atmosphere was so cozy! After work this is going to 100% be a normal thing because EVERYTHING is perfect! Thank you to the awesome bartenders for being super sweet, giving us a space to relax and have great food!

My wife and I love this place and eat here at least once every two weeks. We absolutely love their Cobb salad with chicken. It is very reasonably priced and is of top-notch quality. They never failed to be punctual and polite and provide great service.
Update-it appears that yet another restaurant in Roanoke has been purchased by the same people who own every other restaurants in town. We knew it was happening and hoped that they wouldn’t change too much. We stopped in this week only to find out the menu is completely unrecognizable. Before, the copper still was known for their charcuterie boards and lots of different drinks and then sandwiches and salads. The new owners have decided that that is not a way they want to go and it now just looks like any other restaurants menu. To be honest, we didn’t even give it a chance. There’s plenty of everyday restaurants around. It also boggles my mind because only one out of five new restaurants survives one year. The copper still had been around quite a long time and the new owners have totally turned the place on its head so anybody who ate there before is not real likely to like this change. So, they’re starting all over again looking for customers. We’re sad but will move on! Good luck to the new owners

Staff was helpful and prompt and the The Old Fashioned was top notch. This place has an extreme selection of bourbon which is a great find for Indiana! The inside was clean with the main focus in their spirit selection, as it should be Fun place to stop in for a drink.
