B&K was packed tonight but definitely didn’t expect an hour and half wait to get our food and be disappointed probably won’t go back for a while. Didn’t receive all of food and the quality of food was poor my patty melt was so smashed cause it was put first in our bag. My onions were still hard and my half pound burger was so dry I took one bite and threw it all away. $20 at least wasted. My daughter’s hamburger had pickles on it that I asked to not have(not a big deal can be taken off) and our drinks had ice that were requested with no ice. Then the lady just stood at my window and didn’t say excuse me or nothing so I had no idea she was there(said she didn’t want to scare me) then didn’t even appologize for our wait or nothing just seem not what a small business should do you’d think they’d be very considerate for such a long wait..

Best tasting, creamiest, most carbonated/frothy root beer around! Also amazing handed pork tenderloin sandwiches that you can’t seem to find in these parts anymore.

We had their hand breaded tenderloin for the first time today. It ranks in the top 5 tenderloins that I have had & top 3 "breaded" tenderloins. We ate the meat that hung over the bun & saved the bun & meat within for another meal.

I hadn’t been back to B&K for a year and decided to stop. I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately I was very disappointed and I have never been disappointed before. First of all the root beer was like syrup. Thick and no fizz what happened? Next the coney dog had a very thin layer of sauce. ???? I was very disappointed and surprised. I use to come here with my mom and we never had any issues. I hope you get things corrected. I’m a little uncertain I will come back. I hope it was just a bad night. I got it to go, otherwise I would have mentioned it to them at the time.

Coming home from Indianapolis, I decided to take a short detour at Rochester to the B&K Drive-In where I had read they had good tenderloin sandwiches. I ordered a hand-breaded tenderloin and a root beer. It was the absolute best tenderloin that I have ever eaten (and I have eaten many)! Only complaint is that it was served with chopped onions instead of sliced, which made for quite a mess while eating it in the car, but I will definitely be back when I am passing by Rochester. Also one word of warning: their drive-in stalls are rather narrow. I have just a mid-size SUV and it was very tight getting in and out.

Great food. They have corn fritters, which I love. Chicago dogs are also good. Ate curbside.
Cheese curds and breaded mushrooms were perfect. Got 4 double cheeseburgers and WOW...way to much salt. Might have been a new cook but couldn't finish them.. follow up...not looking for a credit at all. Just an FYI...food has always been good. Just a fluke and would still recommend this place as the food is good!
