We’ll never eat here again just watched one of the cooks pick food up off the floor and put it in the bag. The other one was sucking on his fingers with his gloves on and then he handled food.

Their service isn’t very good. They were slow awaiting on people. They’re not even busy and they’re pulling people up. If you’re in a hurry, don’t stop here

I went through the drive through and asked for the new Frankenstein sundae. I mistaked it for a shake and the guy in the drive through insisted that they didn’t have the Frankenstein shakes. Then continued to say he couldn’t hear me as I’m literally yelling out my window. He didn’t show his face at the window and when I got my sundaes, they had chocolate syrup instead of the purple syrup. I was not told that they had ran out. Horrible customer service and horrible food. Will NEVER be coming back.

The lady cashier gave excellent service! She was friendly, pleasant and made sure you knew all your options. The whole time I was there, she served every customer with enthusiasm and commitment to quality service. Hope she gets a raise! It's not often you find that in fast food service nowadays.

Are y'all good? Honestly? I only ask because your food lately has been cold, orders misread and items completely left out of bags. Sure a refund is nice but we also could have just gotten our damn fries. You know, because we PAID for them. And yes, it was also on the receipt.
