Disorganized as Can be. Leapfrogged twice in the drive thru and ended up going to Wendy's!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!! This happened between 1:10pm to 1:25pm on June 29th 2025
The food is alright but the service no they were mean when we walked in and they were mean and they scummed us on the extra spices when we paid for them

I sat in the drive-thru for half an hour (10min waiting to order and the rest waiting for my food) only for them to not give me all of my food. This is unacceptable and pathetic. I went in and got my money back. I understand being under staffed but that is no excuse for a simple order to be wrong. All I ordered was 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, a bacon king, nuggets, and cheesy tots and the forgot the double bacon cheeseburgers. That may seem insignificant but when you wait half an hour with only 4 cars (including me) in the drive thru that is totally unacceptable. I got my money back and went to Taco Bell where I waited 10 min and got all of my food.
