Want to start out by first saying that The staff here is really great and on the ball. But I think that corporate changing the way the food is done and some of the actual suppliers has caused a problem .I don't know when they changed their mozzarella sticks but don't waste your time with them. It's mainly breading anymore and I would say it's mozzarella style cheese not actual mozzarella. Nasty

I waited in the drive thru long enough to let 2 other customers get there meal before I got mine. All I had ordered was a medium coke a Jr bacon cheese burger and a regular Jr burger I left with just the coke because I was tired of waiting and I ended going to Wendy across the road from them and I was thru in a short time. By the way I had my meal ordered before those other 2 customers. I had to pull up so they can get there meals

Lady taking the order was very rude. Kept cutting me off and saying my total as I was in the middle of telling her another part of my order. I’m not sure why it’s become a habit to quickly ask “is that all”. She got mad because I told her “ma’am I’m not done ordering, please quite rushing me to be done”. When I pulled up she didn’t say a word to me, snatched my card, gave me our drinks, card, and slammed the window until our food was ready. I can understand if you have a long line of cars and a full lobby but there were no cars which is why we pulled in to order food. It’s very hard to find anyone to work as it is, but it seems a lot of people have just given up on putting pride in their work. It’s a damn shame.

This location is very clean! I really appreciate that in a fast food restaurant. It shows good management and employees. Food was good and service was quick.
Stopped Sunday 10/22/23 @ 1:51pm. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger among other food. Two little pieces of bacon on the sandwich. We waited for our food and it definitely was NOT worth the money or the wait!!

The staff is really nice seem to get along and continue to be nice even when they have rude customers that don't know how to order food or have patience and manners ?. Not everyone understands what it takes to work fast food so my suggestion would be to pack a lunch if you're in a hurry or be patient and polite. These days not many people can afford to work places like this and it causes them to be short staffed so please be curious ?
