This place will never receive another dime out of my wallet. Would stop here and get the same milkshake anytime I was driving by. Large Half chocolate half strawberry and it's been $5.59 everytime. Tonight I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes to order this milkshake just for them to try and charge me $7.25 for something I didn't want and wouldn't take no for an answer. Left empty handed and will never be back.

The girl working the drive thru tonight had a horrible attitude. You could tell when she was taking the order at the drive thru. Made a disgusted look once we pulled up and snatched my card. Gave it back, I said thank you, didn’t even say you’re welcome and slammed her window shut. This isn’t the first time the person working the window was rude! A year ago when we moved to Rochester, the staff was so nice here. Now, it just seems like it pains the staff to just have any form of manners. If you don’t want to work, gladly go find another job. I’ve done hospitality and retail for 15 years and I understand there are bad days. But it just seems like everyone now just prefers to be rude and think it’s cute. Well, it’s not. And you’re going to lose business.
