Worst donuts I've ever had.

Wasn't impressed with the cashier. Just talking away with the customer in front of us. 6 people in line including myself waiting to be served.

My daughter & I stopped for gas and then went inside Dunking Doughnuts to get some donuts.. there was a couple in front of us that was being waited on, once they moved on down the line we walked up to the counter and no one ever assisted us. They had about 4/5 people working, not one time did they say anything to us. We waited for 10 minutes and they did everything but acknowledge us or anything. One lady was getting ice and the others were stocking items.. all
Of which could’ve waited. There was a gentleman that walked in as we walked out and I stopped to see if they were going to assist him and they walked right up to the register to assist him. Sadly, in my mind my child got to see discrimination for the first time. We’ve been faithful customers for years…never again.

They have really gone downhill this summer. I always order the same two different drinks, and they are always, and I mean ALWAYS out of one of the two. Most employees there make excuses as to why, but once in a while, you get an honest one that tells you it’s because their management is crap & doesn’t do their job. I’ve asked to talk to a manager the last five times I was in there and none has ever been available. I love Dunkin, so it is so unfortunate that the one in our town is trash. Plus they don’t do Dunkin rewards or gift cards because they are in a gas station. Doesn’t make sense if they’re using the Dunkin name. The one in Rochester makes me I wish I hated the product.

Waited at counter. Workers saw us there. Never said anything, just kept working the DriveThru. This seemed very rude. Please close the counter if you’re not going wait on the customers inside.

This would be a great place to open an actual Dunkin Donuts. It seems like what I want to order they are out of no matter what it is I want.

Absolutely the worst in the state of Indiana, the line is always long, they're slow as hell and they don't expect dunkin gift cards, terrible!

Went here to get 3 donuts. Waited in line for 20 minutes.

This is not a “real” Dunkin, so they do NOT accept Dunkin gift cards or rewards from the Dunkin app. This is not posted anywhere in their drive thru, and the cashier rudely told me they are “owned by Pilot, and are not actually associated with Dunkin.”Terrible way to treat a customer, never coming here again!
