The experience was not a good one. Too over priced and nothing was fresh. Didn't refill drinks and waited seems like forever on our food.
Pictured below was a avacodo, old and brown!
We will not be back!

05/04/24 I had the Mini American breakfast. It was very tasty. It was prepared exactly as I requested. The server; Heather was pleasant. She made breakfast enjoyable. She checked on me several times to see if I needed anything else.I look forward to my next visit.

There were MANY people that came in after us that were served before us. We were there an hour and 45 minutes before our table got half the food and the rest came about 10 minutes later.

To be honest, this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My fiancé and I went on a date here and it was great at first, pricing is insane, but it was a great first time experience!…we wanted to come back for another date and make it our “date spot” so we did. Boy was we treated so horribly. We wasn’t familiar with how that place worked I guess!. We walked in and this older lady with short hair and glasses told us to make reservations to be seated and we both apologized and laughed it off despite the embarrassment and we decided to pick somewhere else to go, but before we could turn around and leave she stops us and tells us she can seat us for today, we was both excited that she accepted us but was soon faced with humiliation, maybe we didn’t look “rich” enough. The same woman went to the table behind us and greeted the other customers by blaming us for why they were behind and making rude comments about us “taking up space.” And is people like us made reservations there would be more room, We were there for 10 minutes, maybe even less…after that I felt so embarrassed and ashamed we just paid for our drinks and left, without even drinking them. We was gonna go but she sat us down anyway and said everything was okay, and then treated us like spec of sand in a diamond castle. Haven’t been there since. And it took me a long time to eat out at restaurants after that.

I was traveling from Michigan to Indianapolis and was feeling a little sleep and hungry so I took the first exit I found. Somehow I stumbled across the Evergreen Eatery and how lucky I was!Fried walleye and some Stellas on draft!I am reinvigorated and ready to jump back on the road!A fabulous place to grab some fine dining!

Being honest it has been awhile since I been here. It has changed its menu and took away some of what I enjoyed. I'm not knocking the place for this reason. My wife enjoyed her meal. I on the other hand was not a fan of the sandwich. The corn beef was over cooked, hard to eat. The building was cold and to make it worse the fans were on.With that said, the salad was refreshing and the staff was stellar.

Absolutely the worst meal we've had in a decade. We ordered an appetizer, a salad, a sandwich, and an entrée to taste a cross-section of the menu. The app came out, followed quickly by the salad, and immediately by the main dishes. The clams with linguine was getting cold before we could have a first bite. The shrimp appetizer was good, and the cola as well. All downhill from there. The salad tasted ok, but we were charged more than the price on the menu. The clam/pasta tasted like a can, was inedible, and included dry toast that could not be used to sop up the wine sauce, even if we wanted to. The Reuben had almost no meat inside and was $15 for a sandwich alone. We added a sweet potato side dish, cuz no fries or anything, and it was a pool of grease with a glob of whipped potatoes that tasted like a pine branch, there was so much overpowering rosemary. We picked our battle and complained about the clam dish. After speaking with "the chef", the waitress told us it was supposed to taste like that. She also told us people don't usually complain because they like the food there, but since COVID it has been hard to get kitchen help. We were given a small discount, but still spent over $60 for each of us to have a couple of shrimp, a few bites of a house salad, and part of a bad sandwich. We were not surprised after eating that we were one of only 2 tables with customers
