Always good food and service. Southwest egg rolls and any dessert are must haves. I wish they would not had reduced the menu, though.

I was traveling from Michigan to Indianapolis and was feeling a little sleep and hungry so I took the first exit I found. Somehow I stumbled across the Evergreen Eatery and how lucky I was!Fried walleye and some Stellas on draft!I am reinvigorated and ready to jump back on the road!A fabulous place to grab some fine dining!

Being honest it has been awhile since I been here. It has changed its menu and took away some of what I enjoyed. I'm not knocking the place for this reason. My wife enjoyed her meal. I on the other hand was not a fan of the sandwich. The corn beef was over cooked, hard to eat. The building was cold and to make it worse the fans were on.With that said, the salad was refreshing and the staff was stellar.

Absolutely the worst meal we've had in a decade. We ordered an appetizer, a salad, a sandwich, and an entrée to taste a cross-section of the menu. The app came out, followed quickly by the salad, and immediately by the main dishes. The clams with linguine was getting cold before we could have a first bite. The shrimp appetizer was good, and the cola as well. All downhill from there. The salad tasted ok, but we were charged more than the price on the menu. The clam/pasta tasted like a can, was inedible, and included dry toast that could not be used to sop up the wine sauce, even if we wanted to. The Reuben had almost no meat inside and was $15 for a sandwich alone. We added a sweet potato side dish, cuz no fries or anything, and it was a pool of grease with a glob of whipped potatoes that tasted like a pine branch, there was so much overpowering rosemary. We picked our battle and complained about the clam dish. After speaking with "the chef", the waitress told us it was supposed to taste like that. She also told us people don't usually complain because they like the food there, but since COVID it has been hard to get kitchen help. We were given a small discount, but still spent over $60 for each of us to have a couple of shrimp, a few bites of a house salad, and part of a bad sandwich. We were not surprised after eating that we were one of only 2 tables with customers

Worst meal I’ve had in years. Filet was so overcooked. It was super dry. I asked for some steak sauce. I was provided with an empty bottle of A 1. I had to go to the kitchen to find a worker to get a new bottle. I was told “ we don’t have another bottle.” What restaurant only has 1 bottle? I ate 2 bites and told the server the meal was horrible. I asked her to just take it away. It was still on the bill so then we had to have a discussion with the server. The manager never came out after I told the server to send her out. Horrible experience!

Nicer spot than I thought I would find in this small town. My waitress was very new at this and had trouble opening a bottle of wine, but I give her points for trying hard and being very attentive! The food sounded amazing but was a mixed bag. Bruschetta was very good - highly recommended - I should have just had two of these and called it a night. The seafood special was just....ok. Shrimp weren't seasoned at all, crab-cake was bland, and (while the salmon was quite good) everything underneath was drowning in teriyaki or something similar - it was somewhat overpowering. The atmosphere was ok - there was a very large (20+) party nearby that was somewhat noisy, but that's not the restaurant's fault.
