I was a picking up a DoorDash order for a Customer and all the employees were surrounding each other in the back staring at me and when the food was done the girl the gave me the order just tossed it on the counter

In the time we were there someone came though and cleaned off the dining room tables and pop station twice. Every table was clean! The floor was clean and the place was warm on a cold day. I appreciate the fact that they work to keep the dining area clean.

If I could give lower stars in a review I would. I placed an order two weeks ago through their app for $21.40. After getting notification that my order was ready and waiting in line because it wasn’t ready, the staff told me that they were selling a lot of chicken which I assumed is what KFC does. They wanted me to wait another 10 minutes for my order which would’ve been about a half hour total Again after already being told that it was ready. I tried to cancel my order and asked for a refund, but they said it had to be done online.I have made multiple phone calls to Yum brands and had several online conversations and still have not received a refund. I’m always told that my complaint will be escalated and someone will call me but no one ever does

Doesn't deserve the one star but was the lowest. I strongly recommend you clean that nasty facility me and a relative ate there and in less than an hour both of us became sick one so bad had to go emergency room when we returned home because we were from out of town and make no mistake the health department will be notified because they are required by law to report it so great job at doing a horrible job and I won't even go into the mgrs attitude!

I bought the double dunking bucket. It arrived cold, with NONE of the sauces I selected ti dunk with. There was only enough fries in the bucket for 2 small servings and they were soggy. I called KFC and I was told that I should call door dash and ask them for a $5 credit. Very disappointing.

I should have went back but I did not. We ordered strips and received regular chicken. Just under $50 for the wrong item and the chicken was extremely greasy! Definitely won’t be back for awhile!
Awesome staff, very willing to help with kiosk. Tenders were great.

Hand dispenser in mens bathroom empty or does not work meaning the staff doesnt wash their hands. Posted 4 photos of lazy guy sitting down on his phone on the clock. Never washed his hands before helping a customer. 2 health violations that would shut this place down. No KFC hot sauce. Unfriendly staff. For a fast food place zero sense of urgency. The girls here out worked the males by far. They were the only ones who were kind but said tubby would becright with me when he got iff of his phone. Wheres the manager?

The food is always good but what makes this place even better is the people who work it. They do their best to make everyone to feel like family and smile.

Night shift at kfc Rochester is not even as close to being as good as day shift, chicken is always old and cold besides getting charged twice as much on a special because I didn’t order online.
