I recently placed an order and paid for it on the McDonald’s’s app only to find out when I got there that they were closed, despite the website saying the drive through was open 24 hours. I only found this out when I called them. The website was not accurate and on top of that the guy on the phone was less than helpful about how to get my money back he said I can get a refund through the app but he couldn’t tell me how. This is pathetic and unacceptable. Do better McDonald’s’s

You can tell that no one in this establishment cares about the quality of food being sold. Literally has my order messed up. Fries were salty and cold, side tasted more like syrup no carbonation, burger was cold patties that were salty and dry all smothered by the rest of sandwich like it was thrown on there. It's a shame how they are expecting get paid higher salaries, yet prices and quality of food is ridiculous. Definitely need to do better or hire a new staff and train properly.. Just saying

My favorite part is when they told us they’d bring the food to our table when it was ready but then just let it sit in the “to-go” area for 25 minutes and got an attitude with me when I called them out.

There was sticky stuff all over the floor from the ordering kiosks, to the counter.
Went through the drive up for 2 Filet o fish sandwiches today at lunch time along with a large coke. I received the meal and drink very promptly and was happy with that .. I was working on a project a few miles away so I ate on the run . Upon opening the first filet o fish container I saw a bun with a quarter pound beef patty sticking out of the bun and upon taking the bun top off it actually had tartar sauce on the beef ! Maybe would have been a fun stunt internally but not leaving the restaurant.. The second sandwich was the filet o fish as ordered .. Upon calling in I got no apology or anything except if you come back in we will make it right. Well I was 15 miles away and not driving back for another order that may or maybe not have been right .. Guess my future meal stops will not ever be to this Rochester Indiana McDonald’s ever again ..
