Went through the drive up for 2 Filet o fish sandwiches today at lunch time along with a large coke. I received the meal and drink very promptly and was happy with that .. I was working on a project a few miles away so I ate on the run . Upon opening the first filet o fish container I saw a bun with a quarter pound beef patty sticking out of the bun and upon taking the bun top off it actually had tartar sauce on the beef ! Maybe would have been a fun stunt internally but not leaving the restaurant.. The second sandwich was the filet o fish as ordered .. Upon calling in I got no apology or anything except if you come back in we will make it right. Well I was 15 miles away and not driving back for another order that may or maybe not have been right .. Guess my future meal stops will not ever be to this Rochester Indiana McDonald’s ever again ..

Everyone in this location is extremely helpful and nice. They also warned you if the food is extremely hot because they just come out of the fryer.
It would be nice to see your actual hours when open. Walking doesn’t get service after 11PM.

This is by far the WORST McDonald's, I've ever been to! It's the DIRTIEST, Most Germ Cross Contaminated , Rudest Staff, I've ever seen in my life... Literally. The CEO & New Owners must not give a crap. I don't eat there, my kid "used to" and gets Sick Every Single Time! It's Literally GROSS there! And to have Employees that have questionable living, work there as well. Absolutely Disgusting McDonald's in this area!
