Tonight we ordered delivery from Pizza Hut and we had a strange issue that our 2L of soda was completely flat, I called to let them know and they were very apologetic & polite. They offered to promptly deliver a new two liter to us and arrived within 5 minutes- did a great job correcting the issue and were very responsive

I have used app before and had good results but tonight it just kept spinning and wouldn’t work so we called. Turns out the number is from overseas and they had everything wrong, especially the price and time it would take. They just lost business.

All of the bread was overproved they disregarded asking for the pizzas to be cut into squares and not slices. The online mobile order app sucks i had to make 2 orders and some of the deals wouldn't even let you click on them so I didn't get everything I wanted the food was supposed to be stuff crushed but this is like by far the most horrible it's ever been from Pizza Hut I probably won't be going back to Rochester I'll probably just start going to the peru store.

Expected a lot better. Only around two people next to us in this place and you’re telling me it’s an hour and 30 minutes to make a small pizza. After about 45 minutes, we asked the staff about it and she blew us off. Terrible.
