Tried Pizza Inn Rochester for the first time last night. Very disappointed, will not order from there again. I ordered the pizza online through their own website. They called and told me the pizza was ready for pickup. I explained I'd ordered delivery through their website. They were surprised. Eventually a DoorDasher did deliver the pizza, but it was lukewarm, and greasy. The crust was bland, very little sauce, toppings unevenly distributed. We'd didn't even finish any of the three pizzas we ordered, they were the worst pizza we've had in quite some time.

I really liked the taste of their ranch dressing and the "throw away" end of the crust. Try it first, just saying! 😋🤤

Went at 6pm and was told by two employees standing at the door that they were already closed. I checked online before arriving and it said closing time was 9pm. The sign also said 9pm and the open sign was still lit up but they were closed. Disappointed to say the least!

OMG best pizza in town. We ate the buffet. Request a pizza to put on buffet as well. It was amazing. Loaded baked potato pizza was the best. The dessert pizza was the greatest I have ever hadon a buffet. My favorite was the Bavarian cream dessert pizza.

Took a few minutes to be seated. It was evident that they did not have enough help. One lady cleaning tables, one waiting tables and one cooking the pizzas. Finally got seated and took another 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink orders. We asked for tea and she said they would have to brew it so we opted to leave. Can’t blame the people trying to work, but management and owners, do better.

We ordered online and got a large Meatza pizza and medium Bavarian pie dessert pizzas. (Like sugar cream pie pizza) It was perfectly baked and delicious. We will definitely order again. Keep up the great service and I am sure you will have many repeat customers.
First time ever going to a Pizza Inn. The way some of the pizza is prepared is like how pizza hut used to be made years ago. The dough is fresh and doesn't taste like you're eating cardboard. My only critique would be is that they need to use less oil on the pans when prepping the pizza or maybe bake it longer. The crust could have been more crispy. The staff was very helpful and didn't have to wait on anything. As said in other reviews for this place a member of the staff does need to tone it down and not yell across the restaurant when they need something. It is unprofessional.

Went with my boyfriend to grab a bite to eat. It was 7:57pm and they were closed already. The time that is posted online said they closed at 9pm. Was disappointed that we weren’t able to get in to eat.
