This is for the Subway in Rochester Indiana on St. RD. 14. Got 2 steak subs today and we only get Spinach and olives on one sub and the other one has Lettuce and onions. I asked for extra Spinach and olives on the one and the manager said no we can't do that because of food cost !! ( VERY RUDE !!! ) I said since when your motto is free veggies ???? I told her she even did it !! So she embarrassed me if front of everyone and I told her I wouldn't be back !!! I will go across town if we want Subway !! Better off just make my own !! We had 7 pieces of Spinach and 6 little olives !!!! Sub was 90% bread !!! Won't be going back !!! Sounds like Subway needs to do better !! At least train your managers properly!!!

I ordered a foot long #6 aka the boss sandwich on italian herbs and cheese bread and initially received a 6” sandwich; things go south when I had to go there by bike since I don’t have a car almost 3 miles away and get a replacement sandwich with the wrong bread.

The one in charge was very rude to the lady working! Berating her on front of me. He was acting very unprofessional! She was so sweet and keep a small smile on her face. But I'm sure she was very embarrassed. I won't go back there, to witness anything like that again. He needs reprimanded for his behavior!!

This place is nasty and people is rude and disrespectful, not open on lunch hours, you go in and the first thing they ask is did you read the sign at the door? And before you say anything they say no toaster today and we are closed for lunch.

One of the best sandwiches I've had from a subway in ages. I did a mobile order which is always kind of iffy, but everything from right toppings to being wrapped well was right on the mark. They did a great job.

The manager katie refusing to give back my change insisted on keeping it as a tip i call that theft if it wasnt enymore than what she kept i would have contacted upper management very poor service never again

The manage Katie was very rude called my eight year old names and told her to shut up she was vivid with emotions I suspect drugs may be a factor suggest drug screen be done for managers I was debating on calling the law and reporting it she acted so awful im glad there was no other kods in there at the time
