Got loaded nachos and there was only 11 chips! Ate 4 of them and then found a hair! So gross

Dont waste your time here, i ordered a $7 deluxe box and there was little to no meat on the tacos but there was too much lettuce and sour cream, and the burrito was slam packed with sour cream too.

KFC just runs out of product too often and the front counter person is never in the loop when they are out. Otherwise not a bad place for a quick dinner.

Food was great..the service not so much!!! Don't have name tags so I didn't know the gentleman's name, but he was extremely rude several times. Customer service needs to do better!!! I worked at Burger King an well I would have never talked to any customer the way he did! (he's heavier set) VERY RUDE!!!

It's going up in price & the food quality is pretty much the same from 10 years ago. Don't get me wrong, I'll destroy some Taco Bell & love it, but don't expect gourmet.

Shift lead Kendall needs more training, but no amount of training could make her a respectful, sociable person.
I can’t believe how she speaks to customers who are POLITE on the phone. I was so polite, because I’ve worked customer facing positions for a long time and know that mistakes happen. She repaid me with attitude and by calling me a liar. Wow.

My chicken little had blue plastic in it and my cheez-it crunch wrap had no cheez it in it. Called for a refund for those 2 items. Shift lead Kendall let me listen as she called the GM for permission for refund. She said I “supposedly” found a bit of plastic and “supposedly” had an issue with my order. She then said I could bring the items back in order to receive the refund. I told her I heard the whole conversation where she said I “supposedly” had issues, and that NO I’m NOT driving 20 miles back. When called out, Kendall refused to give me information to contact her direct supervisor, and said they don’t have a corporate number that I can complain to. I asked for the name of the GM, and she said she isn’t allowed to give me a first name for her GM.
I told her in the future, don’t insinuate that the customer is a liar, and don’t put the burden on ME to drive back 20 miles to fix THEIR mistake.
I have never dealt with such a rude supervisor, and I’ve never seen someone so blatantly refuse to give information on how to report my issue to the next level.
Shane on Kendall for not trusting that the customer actually had an issue with their experience.
I don’t appreciate being called a liar.
I can’t believe a $6 refund is too much for KFC/Taco Bell to afford!
She thought not giving me contact info to report this issue would save her from being called out for her unacceptable behavior.
What a joke.
