I'm a former employee. I was hired with very little training. Co-workers have very bad potty mouths. Just a poor environment to work in.
Nice one off stop on work trip drive. Wonderful server and very clean and well taken care of.
Will stop by next trip out that way.

Soybean oil as of 08/11/25.
I loved all the Colts decor. That was cool! The wings were delicious and just the right temperatures.

When the glass of water is the best thing about a restaurant, you’re in for some heartburn!
To begin, the bartender didn’t know what an IPA was, I began to worry. So no beer for me but they have a large selection of shitty beers.
I ordered water.
Food: I ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich with onion rings. Onion rings were a C-, and so was the tenderloin ( it was thin enough to write a letter on and there was more breading than meat) .
I wish I had purchased a hotdog from Pilot.
Bummer …… oh, but they had nice tvs!

Not trucker friendly. Walked over from the truck stop across the street and business was slow, between rushes I would guess. I was seated right next to the restrooms in an empty restaurant. Then when my server finally came over she had no idea I had been seated there. I gave my order, poppers which were good, and boneless wings which were on order. My server was friendly and helpful when she was there. After my order came I really could have used a refill on my drink but I never saw her again except to droped bill off. To pay I guess I was supposed to pay server but after waiting a while I finally went to the bar to pay
I won't be back.

Great food, as is typical with Wings (I've now been to 19 locations)
Waitress seemed a bit standoffish even though there were two of them and only eight customers in the place at the time. My draft beer was old and had a hint of vinegar taste, that keg probably should have been changed weeks ago (if not longer). If a beer isn't popular enough to need a fresh keg every other month, you should be selling it in a bottle. P

Waited a long time for cold food. Didn't eat rhe wings or tots and they wouldn't take it off the bill. Go look at my other reviews, I hardly ever post reviews like this. Very unfortunate, wings etc. Is going downhill

This was our go to when we moved to Rochester 2 years ago. Something changed because you can’t go there without having 90 minutes or more planned. Servers can be hard to find. I go to Plymouth and it’s top notch still. Really hope they get the service figured out because it’s been a year and we can’t even order takeout without having to wait 30 minutes past the stated pickup time.

We went to Rochester Wings ETC. today. I forgot how slow they usually, and today was no exception. They were not super busy either. 3-guys 45 minutes to get some of the food, then another 10 for the last one. It is wrong. They did offer to replace, but there was no more time to wait. So if you want to eat at Wings ETC go to Plymouth. You will probably drive there and have your food, and be done eating before you would get it in Rochester.
