This was our go to when we moved to Rochester 2 years ago. Something changed because you can’t go there without having 90 minutes or more planned. Servers can be hard to find. I go to Plymouth and it’s top notch still. Really hope they get the service figured out because it’s been a year and we can’t even order takeout without having to wait 30 minutes past the stated pickup time.

We went to Rochester Wings ETC. today. I forgot how slow they usually, and today was no exception. They were not super busy either. 3-guys 45 minutes to get some of the food, then another 10 for the last one. It is wrong. They did offer to replace, but there was no more time to wait. So if you want to eat at Wings ETC go to Plymouth. You will probably drive there and have your food, and be done eating before you would get it in Rochester.

Traveling we like to stop at wings etc all have been great place to eat. But there is always one exception and that's this one at Rochester In staff was to busy talking to take care of us and the food was cold.

Good place to watch the game. We usually share the nachos and an order of wings. The new pulled pork nachos aren't as good as the original nachos. Still good, but the pork doesn't have enough flavor. We love the Caribbean Jerk dry rub wings.

I watched a waitress get a beer from the bar that had been sitting on the bar for a while and it had lost the foam at the top from sitting for so long. Instead of having the bar tender pour a fresh one she just stuck a spoon in it and stirred it up to make it foam again and served it to the customer. The waitresses let the food sit so long that it is cold before you get it. Maybe the service is better during the day when managers are there but its horrible at night.
Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, salad, 6x jumbo shrimp and a strawberry lemonade...its wall all good. Highly recommended.
