Love everything from the wine to the atmosphere, and the owners! We visitRockville every year and Britton Winery is always on our list of places we go! Covered Bridge Red is delicious!

The whole time we were visiting we kept bringing up how much potential this place has. That being said, we were quite literally drinking our wine out of $1 plastic cups. The atmosphere has so much potential to be nice and relaxing, but it almost felt like we were in a cafeteria for wine, the bathroom doors were wide open and we could see the garbage overflowing from table view. The back patio scenery is gorgeous, especially in the fall. Hopefully they’ll decide to upgrade their dining/patio furniture in the future for something more comfortable. The guy behind the bar kept eating olives out of the jar while making drinks which just doesn’t seem like a good look. Like I said at the beginning, this place has so much potential to be an awesome spot, we had been coming from the festival that weekend and wanted to just sit down for a nice glass of wine. The heat from my hand made that tiny plastic cup heat up so fast my wine was warm before I was done with it.if they take any advice, I hope it’s to change those cups out for regular wine glasses.

Owners always warmly welcome their guests. Try the sampler to decide on a favorite wine. I personally love the Cranberry wine.

My husband and I taste 10 different wines. They were very good! Bought 2 bottles! The owner was very pleasant. We will definitely be going back and taking friends!!

Very nice little winery. My wife and I decided that Back Porch was our favorite dry red. If you like a sweet wine then the Covered Bridge red has a wonderful grape flavor.

This was a new find for us. Who knew a local winery with amazing service and great wine. The owner gave us an amazing history of his family in the area andOur wine flight featured excellent wines for us to pair. I look forward to visiting next time we visit Parke County..

Stopped in with a friend. First time here. Last time here. Not sure if the older man is the owner or not, but he has no personality. He was rude and arrogant. Brought home 5 bottles. Knowing something about wine making, the sediment in the bottle was nasty. Not only will me or my friend return. I'll never order online either. And you can NOT take in food. $8 for a sleeve of Ritz crackers and small block of cheese. Or small tube of summer sausage. Most wineries I have visited, have allowed you to bring food as you tend to stay longer.Flight is 6 samples for $10

We drove 35 minutes out of our way to visit this winery. They were closed for a family event. I searched their Facebook page thoroughly before we headed that way. It takes 1 minute to post you are closed. I hope you give more attention to detail in your wine making process.

Pros: Adorable building, clean facilities, lovely fireplace, rich history surrounding Parke County and the covered bridge history of Indiana, delicious variety of wines and ciders Cons: The "bartenders" aka owners had zero conversation with my party about their wines during our tasting... in fact we were spoken to exactly two times over the course of a very long, boring hour - once to take our tasting order and once to take our money. There were no provided palate cleansers of any kind, not even bits of crackers, so the cider at the end tasted absolutely awful following the sweet wine selections. If there were food or snack options available for purchase, we were not informed. Frankly I've done perhaps two dozen wine tastings all over country and this was the most awkward, uncomfortable hour I've ever experienced. I have certainly never been to a tasting where not a soul wants to talk to you about their own wines [confused face]. Their location is quite literally "in the middle of nowhere" (miles of gravel roads to get there) so it's obvious if folks show up for a tasting, they made an effort to seek their winery out, and didn't stumble upon it aimlessly. That effort by their potential buyers is not rewarded, and reading other Yelp reviews here I see we are not the only ones who experienced this. Yikes. Several of their wines I would have purchased but after an hour of being completely ignored neither myself nor my partner felt compelled to purchase any. Conclusion: great wines but poor experience, would not recommend and will not return

Very good owners always concerned about what is going on with our lives and family when we arrive no matter how busy they are always there to lend a listening ear the wine is fantastic the atmosphere is very good and we just continue to return and will do so for a long time to come we are treated like long lost family when we walk through the door

Lovely place! We enjoyed the flights and wine slushies, and took a couple bottles home. Definitely will return when we are in the area.
