I was told to wait 20 minutes for some fresh pretzel nuggets. After waiting 20 minutes. the Hispanic lady who told me to wait, smiled, shook her head no and shrugged her shoulders when I asked were they ready yet. Smh just wasted my time that I already didn’t have to spare.

Customer service sucks. Employees are very rude . They only allow you to order 2 options of pretzels. The pretzels taste like they have sat for days , the bread was very dry . AGAIN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ALL OF THEM NEED TRAINING . Will never stop here again ‼️

Cold pretzels that taste like baking soda and the person at the counter literally said no words to me and made little to no eye contact. Neither did the other worker. They spoke Spanish to each other but said nothing to me. I know it's the turnpike, but I at least expect a few words.

Your better off going to a 711 in gary Indiana then go here during normal hours all the workers are lazy except at 711 there is always food sitting around cold half the time I order I get ignored unless it's a white person working then all of a sudden they help me but Latinos go out of the way to not help white people at pretzel and pizza and burger king spot....... if your not white they will probably help you fast if your white most workers will look at you and talk together and let you ask for help multiple times

It closed at 5?...with over 100 people in store and 7 different people asking if they were open. Ignorant.

The girl at the front counter has poor customer service and too lazy to do her job more than 30 minutes before they close. So sad. Get a new job if you can’t handle this one. Continue to lose customers with poor attitudes.

This is the worst Anne experience ever, it doesn’t taste and customer service experience is terrible. I don’t know why they are still existing if they can’t provide excellent quality service for that exorbitant price

This place is frustrating. First, it has banker's hours. Unfortunately for this particular location, the Wilbur Shaw Plaza on westbound I-80/90, there are no signs advertising it on the way in, which could bring it more business. Finally, they often don't have everything their menu says it should have. Once it was because they just opened. Not a good excuse. Come in early and make sure you have product to sell. This time, she just didn't have the mini dogs in a cup, which is what I like the best. No good reason, just that she would make some in about 25 minutes. Ill try again. I hope they get it together.
