It's a fast food place at a tollway rest stop. Orders are made on a screen with no human interaction. Captive audience so higher than usual prices. That said - the Whopper is still my favorite fast food burger

They wouldn’t give me what I paid for. And what they gave me was cold and hard. Chicken sandwich was absolutely disgusting. This was the absolute worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Not to mention, the older woman working there started yelling at the younger male worker in front of everybody. An absolute shame. Management needs to reevaluate their workers and the training they give.

Inside of a service plaza along the interstate. You have to order through a kiosk. A text a few extra minutes to make your order. Even longer if there's a long line. Don't expect too much when you have a bunch of kids and they're working that really don't care. The food was made to order so I cannot complain it was fresh. But you're going to pay service plaza prices . The upsude of this Burger King is that they are open when the rest of the food court is closed later Into the evening

Oh my freaking Lord $30 for two chicken sandwiches 2 medium fries and a drink.
This place is an unbelievable mind-boggling airport level ripoff.
If I had to do it all over again I would just keep driving and be hungry
Separately, the building is basically brand new looking yet as dirty, and has several broken or damaged items.

Supposed to close at 11. Closed early for “slow business.” Truck drivers roll thru here at all hours. Not just us but overnight travelers as well. I’m betting they just didn’t want to work. Should be 24hrs.
Stood there for at least 7 minutes,no one in sight. was told to wait to have someone take my order, left due to absolutely horrible service. Apparently if you don't use the kiosk and want people to actually do thier jobs it's an issue wish I could give negative stars.

Laziest slowest Burger King employees I have ever seen. Served at 8:45am on 7/4/24.. 2 employees working. They put touch screens in and younger guy with a beard stood there and just made bags to put food in . 15 minutes total..

20 minutes to get my order. I ordered at 12:23 pm and received my order at 12:43 pm on a Sunday. Far too long of a wait time for a fast food place in a travel center. The food was correct and tasted like Burger King, but again, the 20 minute wait ruined the whole experience for me.
