Waited for five minutes in a line with others while only one slow server was ringing up. When we came to order, he told us it was cash only. There were no signs and he never shouted it to the long line. The atm on site was down too. There was also little choice on offer. No wonder BK was more popular.
I was skipped over when ordering and once I paid still my order was forgotten about waited 20 min for 2 pieces of pizza

I’m here 12/9/23 it’s 11:03 AM, and no one is here, nothing is even close to being out, says it opens at 11 took my 30 minute break so I could wait to get a a pizza and nothing who ever is the manager to this location needs to be fired.!

I got a stromboli and breadstick, which were good, but not my first choice, so glad it worked out. How do you not have a plan pepperoni or cheese pizza ready at a sbarro?
