As a Canadian and a truck driver I mostly drink tim horten or PILOT coffee.However,today we stopped at a plaza on i80 and here was this store#52460, so i thought lets try starbucks coffee with 3 cream 3 sugar which is called triple triple in tim horten.I don’t know maybe my hair were messy as iam truck driver and i was changing my shift,i just got wake up.The store crew member were not happy to receive my order as starbucks employees usually welcome customers with a smile.i felt quite disappointed. As I didn’t order much at starbuck they didn’t help me at all with order all.didn’t expect from starbuck👎

When u hire ur personal please make sure they know how calculate to 100. Register person overcharge me then she attempted 3 times to give change. Failed all 3 times. No one is rude it's just things that should take 2 3 minutes take 10 bc of starbucks personal.

The girls working are horrible. They’re gossiping about another employee and moving painfully slow. They let a line of people pile up while they stood there watching coffee brew.

Went in and ordered a drink. It was pretty slow and two girls behind counter were too busy talking to each other to make drinks. Drinks took forever. Additionally they were discussing if either cared that the coffee time had expired… I am assuming Starbucks corporate probably cares about that…. Over all very poor service.
