Stepping into Subway was like embarking on a culinary adventure that exceeded all my expectations! The moment I entered, the aroma of freshly baked bread and the sight of vibrant, crisp vegetables had me hooked. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, crafting my sandwich with precision and care. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, from the perfectly seasoned meats to the delightful crunch of the veggies. The bread was fresh and soft, providing the perfect canvas for the explosion of tastes within. Subway has truly redefined fast food, offering a delicious, healthy, and utterly satisfying dining experience that I can't wait to repeat!

I’ve ordered multiple times within the past month both online and in person. The dining room was always clean and the staff was always friendly and willing to do any corrections to my sandwhich to make it perfect. This is my favorite subway restaurant by far and I’ll always be coming back!

On Sunday August 6th I went an for early lunch. The sub was good but the bread was under baked. I can live with that. What I can't live with is the teenager who waited on me was giggling and making fun of me with a worker right around the corner. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. This is not the first time this same teenager has acted this way. She didn't want to serve me. She also didn't wash her hands. It might not be a big deal to anyone else but I won't pay subway to bully and make fun of me. When someone walks in to that store spending their hard earned money the very least that should happen is to be treated with kindness.

I have never been treated the way I was at the Subway in Rome City, IN ever in my life! I was given a sub with extremely hard, chewy bread. I went back up to the counter and asked for different bread because the bread I was given was too hard. I was given a ride "No." I was taken aback by the tone of his voice. I said, "The bread I was given is hard, and I would like different bread." Again, I was given a rude "No. We cannot do anything about it." He pulls bread out of the warmer and says, "This bread is super soft." I said, "Yes, I know, but the bread I was given is not soft." Him (Rude and crappy tone): "You had your sandwich toasted. The bread is supposed to be like that." Me: " My sandwich was not toasted." I looked at the girl who made my sandwich for confirmation and she tells him that my sandwich was not toasted. I told him I only wanted new bread. I would take the meat and veggies off of the sandwich I had and put it on the new, softer bread myself. Him (Rude & Crappy Tone): "Let me finish these subs, and I will do it." Me: "If you just give me the bread, I can do it." Him (Rude & Crappy Tone): "It's fine. Let me finish this." He finishes the subs and asks me for my sub. I hand it to him over the counter and he says very rudely, "Are you serious?! This bread is not even that hard." By this time, I am very upset with his tone and how he is choosing to treat me. Me (Rudely): "The bread is hard to me, and I would like new bread." While rolling his eyes, he agressively starts transferring my sub to the new bread. He then remakes it and wraps it and throws it onto the counter. I said" Thanks" and walked back to my table. In my opinion, he could have been nicer and more polite even though he did not agree with me. This is some of the worst Customer Service I have come across and will not be returning to this Subway due to this! Management needs to discuss proper etiquette when dealing with customers with this employee.
