I went because of the good reviews I had read, and I got disappointed. It was a Saturday night, so it was busy. I came in and there was no clear signage in regards to any hostess seating, etc. I stood in the doorway for about 10 minutes before seating myself. I sat for another 10 minutes and the only greeting I got was to ask me to get up. I had no issues with that, but did explain there was nothing indicating a hostess or hostess stand. I haven't been here and was confused. After I was re-seated I got a water and waited another 10 minutes before anyone came to get my order.The food was mediocre. The steak had no seasoning to it at all. I wasn't even able to ask for any sauce. The meat and baked potato were both rather dry. The ranch is certainly not housemade. The rolls I was given were cold and dry. No one came to check on me until the meal was almost complete, so no way to ask for anything like sauces or condiments. I didn't even get a refill on my water.It seemed absolutely great for large groups and families. It was definitely an interesting atmosphere. I would consider going back to look a little more on a slower day. The staff were friendly. It just seemed like a single individual on a weekend gets lost in the shuffle. Doubt I'll make the 30 minute drive back.

My husband took me on a date here. What a fabulous time! Great food, great service, great atmosphere! The history alone was Amazing then being able to add a delicious dining experience, wow! They offered a tour, and created a great overall experience. The steak, margaritas and mushrooms, and chicken livers are highly recommended!!
