Sorry, but I had to leave a review: Depending on who is working, this place seems a bit bipolar. I can have multiple visits where everything; service, quickness, friendliness are all awesome. Recently though (the last few weeks) it has been horrible service. All you see is people standing around on phones or YOU DON'T SEE ANYONE AT ALL! I've come and front door will still be locked at times. Does this place just open when they feel like it? The younger people there have little to ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS (or what seems to be any brain power). Ask an employee a question, and they are slow to respond. Do these people know their job? They seem a bit lagging or are always buffering. Like don't try and upsell me on a extra espresso shot when it's obvious, THEY NEED IT MORE!Long wait times in the drive- thru even if YOU'RE THE ONLY CAR IN LINE! Don't add a sandwich to your order because that will increase the wait time and still be, meh! I really don't appreciate spending all my hard earned money to receive service from children that seems as if they just rolled out of bed! I may have to stop coming.

Black coffee and a muffin. Both were good. Not a lot of seating, but there was barely anyone sitting inside on a Monday afternoon. I worked there for a bit and it was chill.

got an energy tea from here three separate times and each time it was watered down, I had to go home and doctor it up. The staff is super nice so if you get lucky and don't get an energy tea that sucks or get a coffee it will probably be 5 stars.
Great coffee shop! So many choices of coffee & non-coffee drinks. The muffins are delicious!

I was very impressed when the second time I visited this location the young lady Low not sure if I spelled her name right but she knew that I was allergic to lemons and I only ordered my special drink one time before. And I ordered it on my second time coming there without lemon but the person making it had put lemon in it but before they had a chance to give it through the window to me Low saw the lemon and told them I'm allergic to lemon and to make a brand new one. I was very impressed, you have a really good employee there she's very friendly and personable whenever she is working the window or getting drinks.

I have stopped here several times for food and a place to work. It is very clean and easy to get to off the toll road. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I'm a big fan of the breakfast sandwich there (Bigby in general).
