Worst McDonald's in the area. Lazy employees. Placed an order online for breakfast. Got there at 10:33. Wouldn't refund. Wouldn't make the food. Have to dispute the charge through my bank. The app literally said they were already preparing it. So I couldn't cancel the order on my side.

The food was rotten. I saw the top bun of the burger was with mold. I threw that to the trash. Please don’t make it rotten anymore. My burger was a Big Mac with extra cheese and large fries.

I put the straws up my nose and the other ends in my fentburger and I couldn't breathe. Felt like there was a knee on my neck. Would not recommend.

A terrible time. my friend asked for extra bacon because they order extra bacon and there was the same amount as a usual. and when we received it back the bacon was raw. The staff team has no idea what they are doing they are in there slacking off and doing nothing I had to wait like 2 minutes just to ask for some forks. not to even mention one employee walked right pass me while I was waiting to ask for help.

Got rip off by the worker who was taking my order at the drive threw this morning. I handed him a 20 and he gave me some back some odd cents. (Coins) when ì should have got back a 10. He was told about it yet he still acted clueless. The breakfasts I got were get two for a price of one.

Instead of building a new one they should of left it a empty lot. Employees could care less about the customers. If you don't have 15-30 minutes to spare, don't stop.

Absolutely hate the new l9ok. No venues, i asked the girl a question behind the counter. Young and didn't know anything. I wasn't trained on the kiosk. Didn't know I was going into to work for free. Lol. Hardee's has the worst food and McDonald's is right behind them.

Service was bad . Very short on fries. Sandwich just thrown together very messy .
Even with the new building the staff still isn’t any good, sat in the drive through for a while with no one responding or listening as we pulled around the building we found the attendant watch us on camera and blatantly ignoring us. Had to come inside to order just to have no one great us or take our order. Even after I used the kiosk “that isn’t fully functional right now” they were sluggish to get us our food

This place is brand new from the ground up the latest technology and y'all still can't keep the drive-thru running I have pictures and video of employees outside standing around on their phone and others behind the dumpster smoking cigarettes been sitting here for 10 minutes haven't moved!

Craziest thing. Order on the app 4 sweet teas. Out of it and then Out of all drinks but CANs of coke. All food was delivered to us in happy meal boxes because out of bags.

Absolute trash ...I am honestly lost for words with this place. I walked into the lobby and I was the only one. They told me they had no fountain drinks or tea, etc. I requested a burger, no meal. I got my burger as they were printing off my receipt , which I may add didn't print out correctly. As I am driving around back, I see the manager outside smoking a cigarette already . When I looked at my food, it was sickening. It's old and stringy, the box saturated with grease. Now they won't answer and I'm stuck with inedible food and a receipt that's half printed off. I wouldn't leave this place a 1 star. It's horrible that they can't offer you a drink, let alone try serving food looking like this.
