I ordered a pizza over the phone. Informed the employee I had a coupon for a large pizza for $10.
They took my name and told me the approximate time the pizza would be ready. I go in to pick up my pizza with my valid coupon in hand. I am informed they quit accepting the coupon three days earlier. The coupon was a good coupon not a copy and not expired but the manager refused to honor it. Needless to say I left without my pizza to never return.
Ordered on the app. Didn’t know until 20
min later when I happened to check email for some reason there was an issue with the order. Said I had to call. Called, ordered. He read my correct order to me and gave me the price. THEN - My card was charged and refunded twice, 2 differing amounts. I also had a random charge that was completely different from the other 2. Food was delivered.
