We went for a surprise birthday party at 8:00 p.m. The service was wonderful. The lady was polite. She was courteous. She gave recommendations all around. Wonderful experience! What was below par for four of us, the food we got ( 3 burgers and a steak) was subpar. We had heard really good reviews from the friends who have attended and was expecting better than what we had. The burgers were cooked right medium, just very bland. I think one out of three burgers had flavor and was well put together. My son complained of his steak. He requested medium rare, It was more of a medium he said it really lacked flavor. In fact, he was not impressed and ended up letting his younger sister eat it in which she complained it lacked flavor and was not like the steaks we cooked at home. Did enjoy the pretzel and one of our friends got the meatloaf and it looked amazing.

YOU DID NOT GET MY SOFT TACO RIGHT. MY DAUGHTER AMELIA CHOKED ON THE HARD TACO YOU GAVE HER INSTEAD ON A SOFT ONE. SHE IS NOW HOSPITALIZED AND IN CRITCAL CONDITION.

I have tried to eat at taco bell 3 times this month. In drive thru between 9p-11p each time. Twice they said they was only accepting credit or debit they couldn't accept cash.🤯WHAT!!! makes absolutely NO since. The last time they talked so fast and said something about move forward if I was picking up order . And that the lobby is always open if I want to come inside. What is going on with table bell. Wish it’d show zero stars quite literally terrible I ordered on the app so it’d be ready by the time I got there and could go home to my house 30 minutes away and enjoy my curated Taco Bell with my family they got my drinks owns order wrong and our cups of cheese that we ordered on the side have next to no cheese in them the closed the drive through but I seen at least 4 people in there working on top of all that it took 30 minutes in the drive through
