With signs on the registers telling us to order at the kiosk, I could already tell we were not here for an easy time. After we ordered, a girl asked us if we got any cups and then gave them to us. We then proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes before I went to the counter to ask about it and the guy I caught proceeded to print out the ticket and say he’ll be right on it. Another 10 minutes later, we ask again the girl from earlier apologizes profusely and prints the ticket to go make it this time. The rest of the lobby was empty and no one came in the entire time we were there. The order was placed at 8:52 and we didn’t leave with our food until 9:34.

All the employees look like they hate their lives and don't really want to do their job. Sitting here right now watching this lady working just talking to some guy who doesn't work here, while he is TAKING THE CARD READER off the stand and messing with it. I suggest NOT USING YOUR CARD TO PAY AT THE COUNTER! Who knows if someone has installed a skimmer on it or not to steal your debit card info.

Spent $30 tonight for dinner. I ordered three soft tacos supremes, received two of them and the third was all sour cream and meat. Didn't receive our pintos and beans, and our bean burrito. I then waited for ten minutes for the manager to acknowledge that I was standing there just for him to say they would fix it in which gave me a burrito supreme instead of the bean burrito.Food was cold. Very unprofessional and rude.tThey do not care about customers. We will not return.

Couldn't eat inside, doors locked. Had to go through the drive thru 2x because they got a simple order wrong.
Food is usually good but they do tend to run out of stuff you want. Customer service isn't always the best and sometimes it better to just use the order kiosk.

Always shutting down breakfast for eggs. Today they didn't even open until like 830 because of......eggs.Constantly screwing up orders. Last time a crew member accused a patron of hiding a taco because HE screwed up.Kills me how some want 15$ an hour for low skilled job that they don't care if they are mediocre or just plain bad at.
This is my my chilli cheese burrito have the size my infinity remote 3.49 now I can’t post a picture of how small this burrito is hahaha man this place has messed up my order time after

Doesn't charge me the correct price for happy hour drinks, I drive all the way back only to to tell me that there's nothing he can do about it. I said oh yes there is, you charged me the wrong price.i'm here let me talk to your manager ...manager issues a refund.when I complain to the manager about the the worker and why he tells me he can't give me a refund. why is that ? The manager doesn't look at me, he won't talk to me until the very very end and then his attitude is like doesn't care about anything I have to say, but of course he gives my money. Lucas you got attitude, and your place is messed up every time I go there it's a nightmare
